Rita Ora Shows Patriotism On Instagram For Olympics 2016 And Adidas After Lewis Hamilton Sighting In New York

Rita Ora uses her Instagram to show off her body more than anything, but this time, she promoted something else. Like everybody else, Adidas spokesperson is swept up in Olympics 2016 fever, and she couldn’t keep her patriotism down when Majlinda Kelmendi won Olympic gold medal for judo.

Majlinda Kelmendi is one of the few athletes representing Kosovo at this year’s Rio Olympics. She is of Albanian descent like Rita Ora, and is a double world champion. When the 25-year-old singer found out that an Albanian won the gold, she took it to Instagram to show how proud she is of her people.

“We have never been able to show our talent, now we are independent we can,” the “Body on Me” singer wrote in her captions. “Everything I’ve been doing being proud to be a shqiptar, I am so happy to see this! This makes me cry I couldn’t be prouder! Go go go @majlindakelmendi we’re rooting for you girl.”

This is one of the few times that Rita did not post a picture of herself, showing off her body on Instagram. She is really loving Olympics 2016!

The British singer is having a great summer so far, going to Canada to shoot scenes for Fifty Shades of Grey, promoting and designing for Adidas, and preparing for America’s Next Top Model. She also has been putting in some time with the race car driver Lewis Hamilton.

“He was spotted leaving her London home in the early hours last month as romance rumours continued to swell around the pair,” reported the Daily Mail. “So Lewis Hamilton, 31, no doubt had some explaining to do as he reunited with rumoured flame Rita Ora, 25, in New York on Friday after being snapped with a bevvy of beauties on his recent Caribbean jaunt. Heading into Up&Down nightclub ten minutes apart, the pair then left a five minute gap between their exits as they headed home after a wild night out.”

It looks like Rita Ora and Lewis Hamilton are trying to keep things on the down low, but their regular sighting is giving reasons for the public to think that they are up to something.

He also has been spending quite a bit of time in New York this summer, taking it to his Instagram account to show how much he appreciates the great American city.

The “I Will Never Let You Down” singer also has been loving her Big Apple summer, strutting all sorts of interesting and fashion-forward pieces that has caught the attention of paparazzi.

Adidas designer also took time in July to mend her friendship with another Brit. She has been on the rocks with Cara Delevingne, but they were spotted having a grand old time in Glastonbury Festival, one of their favorite events of the year.

“Rita Ora and Cara Delevingne are apparently on track to becoming best friends once again,” reports Irish Independent. “The two British stars were once inseparable, forming one of the closest bonds in showbiz. However not long after Rita started dating her now ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris in 2013, the friendship appeared to sour.”

It looks like 2016 will be the year Rita made friends. She can now count on Dakota Johnson as one of her Hollywood allies after shooting Fifty Shades Darker together.

“She’s reprising her role as Mia Grey, the sister of the devilishly handsome Christian Grey, in 50 Shades Darker,” reports Daily Mail. “And Rita Ora, 25, was spotted in costume on the set of the sequel for the first time on Monday, as she joined Dakota Johnson, 26, to shoot scenes for the erotic drama.”

The Adidas spokesperson didn’t forget to document their friendship on her Instagram.
