‘After Paradise’ Returns: Lace Morris, Jubilee Sharpe Talk ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Drama With Chris Harrison, Celeb Fan Diablo Cody

The Bachelor in Paradise live talk show After Paradise returns for a second season beginning Tuesday, August 9, on ABC. Hosted by Chris Harrison, the first week will feature two Paradise contestants — Lace Morris and Jubilee Sharpe — and celebrity fan Diablo Cody.

The After Paradise live show will air every Tuesday night from 9–10 p.m. ET as a follow-up to the back-to-back episodes of Bachelor in Paradise that will air on Mondays from 8–10 p.m. ET and Tuesdays from 9–10 p.m. ET, right through to the show’s season finale in September.

ABC has yet to release the full line-up of Bachelor in Paradise stars and celebrity super fans who will appear on After Paradise in the coming weeks, but Chris Harrison is ready for the first live show of the season with Diablo Cody by his side.

A screenwriter, TV, and film producer/director, former stripper, and author of Candy Girl: A Year In The Life Of An Unlikely Stripper, Cody is the first celebrity super fan of the season and her commentary will undoubtedly be entertaining.

Not only will Diablo Cody, Lace Morris, and Jubilee Sharpe appear on the live show, ABC tweeted that fans can tweet questions for contestant Leah Block to @BachParadise before Tuesday night’s show. Leah may or may not appear on the live show — if not, expect her to call in or show up on a live screen via Skype.

[Warning — some Bachelor in Paradise Week 2 spoilers ahead]

Before the After Paradise live talk show airs on Tuesday night, Bachelor in Paradise will return from last week’s cliffhanger and show not only Chad’s dramatic exit from the show, but the elimination of two ladies at the first rose ceremony.

According to Reality Steve, Jubilee Sharpe, who scored a date with Jared Haibon on the premiere, will go home without a rose at the beginning of Monday night’s episode. Also going home is Leah Block who will not get a rose after her one-and-done date with Nick Viall.

According to Reality Steve, Leah Block went to Paradise to meet Chad, but he was already creating drama with Lace Morris when Leah arrived. She went on a date with Nick and failed to get a rose at the first rose ceremony, so her attempt at getting to know Chad and scoring another date with Nick failed miserably.

However, it appears that Leah is making the rounds with other guys from the Bachelor franchise — she recently posted a photo on Twitter that shows her out with Bachelorette JoJo’s runner-up, Robby Hayes.

Lace Morris, who will also appear on After Paradise on Tuesday night, will remain on the show until the season finale, but her appearance on the talk show may be related to the time she spent with Chad Johnson on the season premiere.

The relationship between drunk Chad and Lace was a hot mess from minute one during the premiere and fortunately Lace came to her senses and ended the nonsense. Romper‘s Chrissy Bobic writes that “it only makes sense that they would gravitate toward each other” but their brief relationship turned out to be a bad idea for Lace.

When a fan tweeted that Chad is hilarious, Lace didn’t waste any time letting everyone know that Chad didn’t impress her.

Spoilers indicate that Lace goes far this season despite her rocky start with Chad Johnson. She is one of five couples who make it to the Bachelor in Paradise season finale and there are rumors that will get engaged at the final rose ceremony.

Watch Bachelor in Paradise on Mondays from 8 – 10 p.m. ET and Tuesdays from 8 – 9 p.m. ET. The live After Paradise talk show airs on Tuesday nights starting August 9 (9 – 10 p.m. ET) right through to the season finale in early September.
