‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Julian Enlists Ava’s Help, Jax Explodes On Carly, And Sonny Saves Spencer From Valentin

General Hospital cliffhanger Friday is upon us. It has been an interesting week in Port Charles and on Cassadine Island. As the castaways found their way back home, despite crashing a plane, a storm began brewing. Nina (Michelle Stafford) found herself in bed with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who is now calling himself Theo. When he leaves his phone behind in her room and Curtis (Donnell Turner) listens to the voicemail, they learn the shocking truth that Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) is alive. As they make their way down to the PCPD, details emerge about Valentin being on his way to Port Charles.

While all of the chaos at the station is happening, Valentin has made his way to see Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) at his drama club play. Just as he believes he has the kid right where he wants him, Sonny (Maurice Benard) shows up. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, there is going to be a showdown between Valentin and Sonny. General Hospital fans have been waiting for Sonny to have a run in with someone and unleash, and it is about to happen. Uncle Sonny is about to save Spencer’s life, and Valentin will escape for now. Nicholas is alive somewhere, as Tyler Christopher confirmed his return to General Hospital.

Julian (William deVry) is about to see just how angry Sam (Kelly Monaco) is about what he did to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Hell hath no fury like Sam Morgan when she feels like her family has been crossed and it wouldn’t be shocking if she cut Julian off completely. Lucas (Ryan Carnes) already disowned his father and Sam is all he has left. Now that he knows he is backed into a corner, Julian demands help from Ava (Maura West). He instructs her to help him escape, and she will likely oblige. General Hospital has to have some drama and right now, this storyline is some of the best stuff airing. The writers broke “Julexis” apart and fans aren’t pleased. Social media is going nuts with protest.

Jax (Ingo Rademacher) arrived back in Port Charles at the beginning of the week. He came to confront Carly (Laura Wright) about the search to find the kidney donor for Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Jax is insisting Carly drop the search and completely forget about it for their daughter’s sake. On General Hospital, there is always more to the story. Speculation is that Jax had something to do with getting the kidney for his daughter, but doesn’t want her or Carly to know. There is more than meets the eye, and the writers have something up their sleeves because they brought Jax back for a short time.

Things between Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Morgan (Bryan Craig) are headed downhill. Some news came about a sexually transmitted illness being passed around courtesy of Darby (Jesica Ahlberg). She notified Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) first, who then proceeded to happily inform Morgan. General Hospital fans are hoping this will bring Kiki and Dillon together as their fan base is steadily growing.

Cliffhanger Friday is going to be good on General Hospital. There will be plenty to look forward to during the upcoming week, especially with Valentin now connected to Port Charles. The confrontation between Sam and Julian will be one for the books. The Jax and Carly scenes have been missed since Ingo Rademacher left the show. There is so much happening right now that will lead into the next sweeps period. The new writers have done a great job keeping the viewers interested and coming back for more. General Hospital once had declining viewers which threatened cancellation, but now, everything seems to be back on track and moving forward.
