Ozzy Osbourne’s Mistress Sues Kelly Osbourne For Defamation Amid Ozzy’s Sex Addiction Revelations

Kelly Osbourne, daughter of legendary rock singer Ozzy Osbourne is being sued by Ozzy’s mistress, Michelle Pugh, for defamation and public disclosure of facts, E! Online reports. Pugh also claims that Kelly has intentionally caused her emotional distress.

The lawsuit stems from some tweets Kelly Osbourne published in the aftermath of the Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s separation announcement. When the news of the separation went public, Kelly trashed Michelle on her Twitter page.

“Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-light and blow out and a b—–b call…,”Kelly tweeted and added a phone number for Michelle Pugh that is now disconnected.

At the time, Kelly got some backlash from her fans for publishing Pugh’s personal information.

“Are you my family? NO YOU ARE NOT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE DID! So keep ur high-mighty opinions to yourself!” Kelly said in response to one fan. “My father is almost 70 ever heard of elder abuse?”

According to the legal documents obtained by E!, Michelle says that Kelly “intentionally and maliciously harmed her by publishing private facts and defamatory statements, in addition to inciting a rash of mass cyber-bullying against [Michelle] utilizing the highly popular social media platform, Twitter, wherein Kelly had approximately 4.07 million followers.”

Michelle Pugh is seeking financial compensation from Kelly Osbourne for damages, attorney’s fees, and “other relief” based on the discretion of the court.

At the time, Sharon Osbourne made light of her daughter’s tweets, E! Online reports.

“Oh, Kelly has the best sense of humor ever. And you know what? In cases like this, what can you do but laugh?” Sharon said on The Talk, the talk show she regularly appears on. “You have to laugh. She is just so funny.”

But Twitter did not make light of Kelly’s tweets at all. Her Twitter account was locked because she violated the platform’s rules and she eventually had to delete the phone number from the tweet.

As E! Online reports, recently Sharon and Ozzy announced that they had reconciled. However, Pugh recently did a tell-all interview with People Magazine where she told the world about her relationship with Ozzy Osbourne.

“When I say he gave me the greatest love of my life, I mean it,” Pugh said of the classic rocker. “He made me feel like the most beautiful and worshiped woman in the world.”

Pugh, a celebrity hair colorist, said she met Osbourne when he first sat in her chair for a hair appointment. According to her, Ozzy pursued her for about a year before they got together. Pugh claims they were in a relationship for four years.

But Ozzy Osbourne has stated that his relationship with Pugh was simply a sexual one.

“He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context,” the singer’s publicist said to People. “He would like to apologize to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with. Since his relationship with Ms. Pugh was exposed, Ozzy has gone into intense therapy.”

As Rolling Stone confirms, Ozzy Osbourne’s sex addiction caused the trial separation between him and Sharon Osbourne.

“Over the last six years, I have been dealing with a sex addiction,” Osbourne said via a press statement.”I am mortified at what my behavior has done to my family. I thank God that my incredible wife Sharon is at my side to support me.”
