Meghan King Edmonds Doubting Her Marriage After Lack Of Support During IVF?

Meghan King Edmonds announced last year that she really wanted a baby of her own. While on a cast trip with the Real Housewives of Orange County women, Edmonds revealed that she really wanted a baby of her own, even though she was a stepmother to Jimmy Edmonds’ children.

King Edmonds and her husband announced during the reunion that they were pursuing IVF to have another baby, as Jimmy had frozen his sperm before getting a vasectomy. Throughout this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Meghan has been documenting her IVF journey, and she’s very excited about becoming a mother.

According to a new Radar Online report, Meghan King Edmonds is very excited about her new role as a mother, but she’s sad that her husband isn’t showing more interest in becoming a father again. Of course, Jimmy has children from a previous marriage, but Edmonds doesn’t have any kids of her own. She’s very excited about becoming a mother, but she’s disappointed that Jimmy isn’t spending more time with her in the hospital. In fact, he was choosing to play golf rather than supporting her during her IVF treatments.

Edmonds opened up to her Real Housewives of Orange County co-star Heather Dubrow during a trip to Washington, D.C., about her disappointment.

“Talking to Heather [Dubrow] at dinner about my IVF journey and how Jimmy hasn’t been as involved as I’d like was really helpful and it’s nice that she understands what I’m going through to an extent,” Meghan King Edmonds revealed about her disappointment, according to Radar Online.

Edmonds shared that she really wishes that her husband was super excited about becoming a father again.

“I was really disappointed in Jimmy’s lack of sentiment throughout my IVF process. And honestly, there were moments I was questioning if getting pregnant was even the right choice,” Meghan King Edmonds revealed about her decision to go through the IVF process, adding, “It is really frustrating to me that Jimmy doesn’t act more interested in the IVF process, especially considering that it has consumed my life.”

Many Real Housewives of Orange County viewers have revealed that they are disappointed in the way that he just shuts her down during their conversations. It’s clear that Edmonds is super excited about the process. She herself has said that the whole thing has taken over her life, and fans believe he could have shown her a little support. Now, reports are surfacing that the lack of interest is causing trouble in their marriage, and Meghan is relying more on her friends than anything else.

“I understand that it can be an overwhelming process and he had to be in Florida for spring training during most of it, but I was on a lot of hormones and was very emotional,” Meghan King Edmonds has revealed, according to Radar Online. “It definitely would’ve been nice to have him pay more attention to the process, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t excited for us to have a baby.”

According to an older Radar Online report, Meghan has been accused of being desperate for attention after making the decision to share her IVF journey. Edmonds has revealed that she wanted to serve as an inspiration to other people who wanted to go through the IVF process. She’s created a separate Instagram account for her IVF journey so people can see pictures and videos of what she went through to get pregnant. These days, Meghan is expecting a baby girl, and she’s due later this year.
