Is Ariana Grande Going To Date Justin Bieber? Plus, Details On Her Split From Ricky Alvarez
Ariana Grande and Ricky Alvarez have ended their romance after about a year of dating and as Justin Bieber romance rumors swirl, so do reports of new music.
Although Gossip Cop claims Ariana Grande is not interested in moving on from her romance with Alvarez with the “Company” singer, other reports have suggested she is very much interested in getting to know Bieber on a more personal level.
According to a Morning News USA report at the end of last month, Ariana Grande’s alleged interest in Bieber began due to the latest Pokémon GO craze.
“Even though there have been talks of the two singers hooking up in the recent past, nothing was confirmed and no evidence was found of their interest in each other, that is, until now,” the outlet alleged, claiming there was proof of an Ariana Grande-Justin Bieber romance on Instagram.

Ariana Grande and Ricky Alvarez split at the end of last month and while she will eventually move on from their relationship with someone new, it’s hard to think that she would already be plotting a romance with Bieber, especially considering Bieber’s ongoing involvement with Hailey Baldwin and Kourtney Kardashian.
As for the reason behind Ariana Grande’s split from Alvarez, a source claimed last week that the singer simply wanted to move forward with her life and leave her past in the past.
“[Ricky Alvarez] was a part of the old Ariana [Grande]. She has done a full overhaul on friends, relationships and how she treats people. It’s like she has seen a light and doesn’t want to be the headache she once was — she likes the new start of everything,” a source told Hollywood Life.
Ariana Grande’s breakup was initially reported after the singer shared a series of tweets on her account in which she hinted that she was single. Although many of Grande’s tweets have since been deleted, she was seen telling fans that she was free, happy, and ready for “change.”
Now that Ariana Grande has embarked on the single life, new music is said to be coming soon.
Ariana Grande “has gone into the studio to pour her heart into a breakup track,” a second source revealed to Hollywood Life. “It was her decision to be single and she is sad but also energized to get her emotions out into her work. She has spent the morning in the studio laying down some new tracks about love and loss.”

In addition to Ariana Grande’s upcoming breakup track, the singer recently released two songs, “VooDoo Love” and “OG Honeymoon Avenue,” which she had recorded years ago but kept unreleased until this week.
Prior to her romance with Alvarez, Ariana Grande dated rapper Big Sean for about one year. Following their split, Ariana Grande opened up about getting past the split, revealing it wasn’t all that hard.
“I’m good at making the best out of something,” she explained, via E! News. “It also wasn’t that hard for me, because we were friends. So it’s chill.”
“I’m not going to pretend I have great breakup advice. It’s hard. Good luck. You’ll be fine. You don’t need anyone. It’s nice to have someone that makes you happy, but it’s nice to be happy on your own as well,” Ariana Grande added. “You don’t need to depend on another person for your happiness. That person can contribute to your happiness, but you’re two whole beings on your own.”
