Britney Spears is showing her love for her fans after surprising a disabled fan who is confined to a hospital bed.
An Instagram user named Tara Metsker took to the social media site this week to share how Britney brightened the day of a young fan named Christopher, showing off the bouquet of balloons and a card Spears sent to the fan after her assistant met him at a concert two years ago.
“Words can’t express how amazing this is and how much it means to me,” Tara captioned a photo of a bouquet of balloons and a card sent to the fan by Spears.
“Do you remember meeting my son at the show back in Dec 2014? You will also always have a special place in my heart as will Felicia for taking the time to meet Chris,” the fan’s mother continued, referring to Spears’ assistant Felicia Culotta.

The heartfelt social media post also gave fans a glimpse at the message Britney sent to Christopher, which read,
Sending my love and best wishes your way!
You are an inspiration to us all.
Keep on rocking!
Tara then took to the social media site again to post footage of Christopher, who is unable to speak, receiving his special delivery from Spears in the hospital.
“Christopher is rocking and looking at the balloons Britney Spears sent to him… I’m so happy for my sweet son,” she wrote, revealing that Spears and her team had likely heard of the fan’s story through Facebook.

Tara spoke out about Spears’ very special gift in an interview with Britney-Galaxy.com, where she admitted that she actually thought the balloons and card were a practical joke when the package first arrived.
“I thought someone from my family or friends was playing a joke on us,” Tara told the site of her son, who Britney-Galaxy.com revealed has been suffering from a number of health issues including comas, heart and lung problems and pneumonia.
“Then I received a phone call from Britney’s management team making sure Chris received the Balloons and Card from Britney, I was in shock,” Tara told the site, adding that Felicia also gave Christopher a laminated VIP lanyard when he attended one of Spears’ Las Vegas residency shows back in 2014.
This isn’t the first time Britney has gone the extra mile for her fans, as UnrealityTV reported in 2014 that Spears once flew a dying fan out to Las Vegas to see her Piece of Me residency shows after hearing that seeing her perform was on his bucket list.
According to the site, Cory Moraw, was born with a number of health issues including DiGeorge syndrome, diabetes, and Cirrhosis of the liver, made a GoFundMe page to help him complete his bucket list, which included seeing Britney in Sin City.
A number of Britney fans donated to the cause, which then caught the attention of Spears’ team after a number of Twitter user tweeted out the hashtag #BritneyPleaseMeetCory.
Thanks to Britney and her team, Cory’s dying wish then came true as the site revealed that Britney flew the fan out to Las Vegas to witness one of her shows and even met him before the concert in a private meet and greet.
What do you think of Britney Spears’s special gift for Christopher?
