Monica Lewinsky Tell-All Book Is All About Revenge
Monica Lewinsky was branded with a scarlet letter after the White House sex scandal in the 1990s, and now she’s ready for revenge. The former White House intern is writing a tell-all book about her affair with former President Bill Clinton.
According to the Daily Mail, Lewinsky, now 39, details her encounters with the former President, Clinton’s desire for threesomes, and his relationship with Hillary Clinton in the new book. The tell-all book will also include love letters that Clinton wrote to her during his presidency.
Lewinsky is reportedly writing the book because she is angry with the former President.
According to the National Enquirer, the former White House intern is angry that Clinton escaped the scandal relatively unharmed while she has been ridiculed for over a decade and has had a hard time with relationships and employment since the scandal.
A friend of the author’s told the National Enquirer:
“Monica has tried to move forward, but the nightmare of her affair with Bill still haunts her… She’s facing 40 without a man in her life, and seething about the way her reputation was destroyed as the whole world watched … For years, Monica tried to protect Bill out of a misplaced sense of loyalty. But she no longer feels that way, and her memoir is his worst nightmare.’
Lewinsky’s tell-all book hasn’t been sold yet, but the book is apparently drawing big offers. A friend of the author claims that the book could sell for as much as $12 million.
Lewinsky may be aiming to embarrass Clinton with her tell-all book, but she could end up ruining Hillary Clinton’s chances at the presidency. It’s been 14-years since Lewinsky had her sexual encounters with the president on 9 separate occasions, but the affair still hangs over Hillary. The Daily Mail reports that Hillary was heckled with chants of “Monica” as recently as July.
