Kylie Jenner Welcomes New Pup in the Family As She Launches New Birthday Edition Cosmetics

The world could not keep up with Kylie Jenner as she welcomed another furry guy in her family of pets. According to E! News, the 18-year-old reality star’s best friend Jordyn Woods surprised her with her new puppy.

Kylie already took the opportunity to introduce Penny to the world via Snapchat.

Penny is the latest addition to the crew, but before her, Kylie got Ernie, a dachshund, last March. Kylie Jenner also has three other Italian greyhounds named Norman, Bambi, and Sophie.

Kylie Jenner’s family and friends are finding it challenging to pick a gift for her, but Scott Disick told E! News that they will be focusing on the little things compared to the flashy, glamorous gifts.

“She’s got everything. Honestly, in our family it’s not so much about materialistic items anymore because everybody does have it. Really, it’s the love and support and being present for everybody. That’s what’s most important to me, and I think that’s what’s most important to everybody now,” Disick said.

Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner is busy on her cosmetics line. According to Teen Vogue, she will be launching the Birthday Edition on her actual birthday this coming August 10.

“I’m really excited to show you guys what’s in this bag,” Kylie says in her clip. “I’ve been working on it for TOO LONG.”

Kylie Jenner introduced the new set on Snapchat and she showed everyone this black pouch with “KYLIE” on it. Upon opening the pouch, there is this packet of black bag, with the Kylie Cosmetics icon of her lips with the dripping color.

Then, Kylie Jenner revealed the insides of the Birthday Edition. It includes the “Birthday Edition: Kylie Kyliner,” her dark bronze Kylie Kyliner. It also has crème eyeshadows in rose gold. Kylie said the formula “lasts forever.”

On top of that, the Birthday Edition set also has a set of matte liquid lipsticks and a brand new liquid lipstick in deep maroon color. The Birthday Edition will also have a gloss named, “Poppin.”

Though Kylie’s new Birthday Edition set seemed promising, people have accused her of copying a popular YouTuber’s eyeshadow palette.

According to Glamour, Kylie Jenner launched her Kyshadow palette last week and this surprised a lot of people. This was her first venture into non-lips cosmetics.

When Kylie launched the Kyshadow, her fans were so excited that it got sold out in just a minute.

However, this announcement did not please the YouTuber because it looked very similar to her palette. @xoShaaan also has her beauty line, and she even posted the side by side photos to show the comparison.

After this was posted by Shannon, her fans and Kylie’s fans clashed over Twitter. There were comments that said, “Why does Kylie’s new palette look practically the same as Shannon’s palette…????” and “Am I seeing double here?”

Shannon Harris, the YouTuber’s real name, launched her own eyeshadow and lipstick palette back in April, and it was quite popular. The palette was sold for $22, but it is currently on sale for $11.

Kylie Jenner did not directly respond to Shannon regarding the accusation, but she took it to Instagram to post the creative process of Kyshadow.

“As you can see in top left corner the palette used to be black before I went with the all white to match my Lip Kit unit cartons,” she wrote.

Kylie Jenner also said that there have been so many revisions on the palette but she finally “felt right” about the final set and that she was so happy with the results.

After showing the applied result, Kylie Jenner was able to show the big difference between the two palette lines.
