K. Michelle Dissed By Mimi Faust, ‘Love And Hip Hop Atlanta’ Cast Ariane and Karlie Redd Defend Her

In a bonus clip of an episode of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Ariane invites friends Mimi Faust, Karlie Redd and others to her listening party.

She recalls the incident where K. Michelle leaves her behind without a ride home after a concert in New York.

Before the incident Ariane told K Michelle about her desire to become a singer. K. Michelle allowed Ariane to shadow her so that she can see what it is like to be a touring musician.

Mimi rolled her eyes the moment Ariane mentioned K. Michelle’s name and was a sign of things to come. Ariane went on to say that K. Michelle’s promotional tour was “very, very inspiring.”

When she reads the mood, Ariane continues as follows.

“I know we all have our thing with K, everyone has their thing with [K. Michelle],” Ariane continues “but to see her in her element, to see her like this, I put all that sh*t to the side”

Ariane then explains how she was left behind.

“After the show, we were supposed to get in the car together and for some odd reason, I don’t know what happened – we separated”

When Ariane states that K. Michelle left her, Mimi quickly adds “because she is an a**hole”

Karlie Redd jumps in to defend K. Michelle by stating that her shows “get crazy” and she is not the type of person to do that.

Mimi Faust snaps back with a profanity laced attack “you always trying to stick up for a mother**cker who ain’t sh**”

Karlie Redd senses Mimi’s anger and backs down. Ariane then goes on to say that she confronted K. Michelle about it and accepted her reason. She goes on to say that it is not something worth fighting over in the bonus clip.

Some fans of the show believe K. Michelle’s return this season was pointless. She didn’t have much of a storyline and many just thought she came back to relish in the success of her album.

Michelle released her third album this year titled “More Issues Than Vogue,” and it debuted at No.2 on the Billboard 200 and No.1 on the Billboard R&B albums and R&B/Hip-Hop albums.

The album was praised by critics and since, K. Michelle has been on tour promoting her latest work.

The Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star also had her own TV show on VH1 before returning to Atlanta. However, she has indicated in interviews that Los Angeles will be her home base.

With a small role this season, it is unclear whether K. Michelle will be part of the Love and Hip Hop Atlanta reunion next week. She didn’t have many confrontations with other cast members and had a reoccurring role. She is also on tour promoting her album and possibly a return of her own TV show.

When discussing her album with Rolling Stone magazine she explained the meaning and inspiration behind the title.

“Basically, I just saw that scrolling down my timeline about a year ago. I started laughing because people have this perception of me, and it used to bother me, but now it really doesn’t because everybody wants to place people in their character role. For me, there’ll always be issues and things placed upon me whether they be true or not. So I used the title to clear up and kinda poke fun at things people say about me.”

Michelle has beef with Mimi Faust and she has had issues with Rasheeda in the past. Do you think they will butt heads in the reunion?
