Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Get Candid For ‘Harper’s Bazaar’, Talk Insecurities, Selfies And Swift

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West make headlines constantly and succeed often in their attempts to break the internet. They are an ultimate power couple and, for this reason, make fantastic subjects for interviews and to cover magazines. The latest publication the power pair will grace the cover of is Harper’s Bazaar. The duo sat down for an interview with the notable publication to share about a range of topics that will certainly pique the interests of fans and followers.

One of the initial topics spoken on by Kim and Kanye was in regard to their biggest insecurities. Kardashian admits that hers has to do with her body image, as Billboard relays.

“I would say looking fat sometimes. I really do take it seriously. I try to do what I can and diet and stay in shape, and it does make me insecure when I’m heavy.”

Kanye didn’t focus on body image when chatting about his insecurities. Instead he focused on the financial side of things and alluded to his tweets earlier this year, in which he claimed he was in millions of dollars of debt.

“I used to have insecurity about my finances, then I announced that I had debt, and now I don’t have any insecurities.”

When it comes to what the rapper is not insecure about, he shared that public perception and opinion do not affect him.

“People will definitely use that against you if someone knows that. But the one thing I don’t have an insecurity about is public perception. I’m not going to conform to it, you know?”

Kanye went on to comment openly about Kim Kardashian’s nude selfies, stating that they are a work of art and that he appreciates them from all angles.

“I love [Kim’s] nude selfies. Like, I love the ones from the side, the back ones, and the front. I just love seeing her naked; I love nudity. And I love beautiful shapes. I feel like it’s almost a Renaissance thing, a painting, a modern version of a painting. I think it’s important for Kim to have her figure. To not show it would be like Adele not singing.”

The “Famous” rapper admitted that even he used to take nude selfies in his single days, adding “Gotta keep it rock ‘n’ roll.”

The couple have recently engaged in a feud with pop star Taylor Swift over Kanye’s “Famous” track, on which he uses “inappropriate” lyrics about the “Bad Blood” singer. While Kanye insisted he got permission from Swift to use the lyric, Swift denied this. However, Kim recently posted a Snapchat video on which she had a recording of Taylor giving her permission to Kanye. And so the feud blazes on. When asked about the couple’s favorite Swift song, Kanye responded bluntly.

“For me? I don’t have one.”

Kim simply spoke of her previous love for the singer, prior to the feud, stating, “I was such a fan of hers.” This is clearly not the case anymore after Swift attempted to deny her part in a conversation over the “Famous” track. The singer has likely learned her lesson about messing with the force that is Kimye. However, there may be a retaliation song or two coming our way from Swift. Only time will tell.

When asked about his talent, Kanye noted that aside from rapping skills, he can read people, stating “I can analyze people’s intentions. Immediately.That’s just a warning. To everyone.” Hmmm, is this directed at, or related to, his feud with Ms. Swift?

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are easily the most equally loved and hated couple, yet for all the haters out there, you must admit these super stars know what they’re doing and have even got you hooked.
