Jessa Duggar Gets Baby Spurgeon Thrifty For Wedding Anniversary

Jessa Duggar knows how to live on a budget. Seeing how she was raised by Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, she has been taught how to find deals and make sure that she can provide for her family in a thrifty way. That said, it’s no surprise that her baby, Spurgeon, is also learning the ropes of spendthrift living!

Four days ago, the Jill and Jessa: Counting On star posted a picture of her baby holding up a pair of shoes he scored at a consignment store, and he appeared very proud of the bargain.

Now he has perfect shoes to wear to his grandparents’ wedding anniversary celebrations!

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar celebrated another wedding anniversary this week, setting an example for their children to have long-lasting marriages that continue even after having 19 babies. They continue to serve as an inspiration to their children, who are also quickly getting married.

Check out the post that Jessa and Ben Seewald made on Instagram to celebrate the anniversary!

Baby Spurgeon stole the show in the video his parents made, showing how big he is at eight months and how he continues to grow.

Soon, he will have even more cousins to play with! Just today, Jinger Duggar announced her engagement to her suitor, Jeremy Vuolo, a professional soccer player, which means that it’s only a matter of time until Jinger starts popping out babies.

“So excited to share this news that we are now engaged,” Jinger and Jeremy said to People Magazine. “From both of us, thank you all for the countless well-wishes we’ve received during the courtship. We are so excited to take this next step in spending our lives together. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together. It has been an incredible journey so far and we are excited about serving Christ together in the coming days.”

With Jinger getting engaged, baby Spurgeon turning 8-months-old, and Jill Duggar still on missions in Central America, there will be no dearth of stories to tell during Season 2 of Jill and Jessa: Counting On.

In fact, Josh Duggar, who has been in the rehab for lewd behavior, may also be joining his sisters in the new spinoff reality TV show.

Despite the fact that he only just left his six-month program in rehab, he expressed that he wants to be a part of the family show. The rumor, according to Hollywood Life, is that “Josh has regained interest in the reality TV world” despite the fact that people now associate him as a molester.

“Josh will appear on the next season of his sisters’ series,” a source said, according to Hollywood Life. “The plan is for him to address everything he’s done. What he has to say will be ratings gold, and TLC — and the Duggars — know it.”

With a curveball thrown at them, Jessa and her sisters are figuring out a way to return to normalcy. Concentrating on the good news of Jinger getting engaged may be one way of persuading the public that they have moved on from Josh’s scandal.

Meanwhile, baby Spurgeon is continuing to fill Jessa and Ben’s life with funny tidbits. The new mother has been excitedly documenting his every move as he discovers the world around him.

Jessa got pregnant with baby Spurgeon just months after her wedding, which sped things up as she and Ben settled into their newly married life.
