Khloe Kardashian Pregnant As Lamar Odom Refuses Rehab, Plans Tell-All?
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom started off their relationship with a fairy tale wedding. But the happy ending for which they hoped took a dark twist after Lamar reportedly abused alcohol and drugs. Kardashian subsequently filed for divorce, which she called off after Odom almost died of a drug overdose last October.
Now, after devoting months to supporting him in the hospital and to helping him recover after leaving the medical facility, Khloe has filed for divorce for a second time amid the shattering news that Lamar has begun drinking. But the bombshells don’t stop there, because a source told Life & Style that Kardashian is pregnant with Odom’s baby and that he’s plotting to pen a tell-all.
Lamar, once famed as an NBA star player, could reap a $5 million advance from that tell-all, a publishing insider told Life & Style. As to what secrets the book might contain, Khloe’s estranged 36-year-old husband blames the Kardashian family for ruining his career, according to the source.
“He’s been losing his temper a lot lately…He believes he was a huge star before the Kardashians ever were, and they took down his career.”
While Odom reportedly is contemplating that book, Khloe is worried about his partying.
“Khloe is trying her best to get on with her life, but nothing anyone says or does is making her feel better,” added the source. “She fears Lamar won’t be able to cheat death twice.”
As for the baby news, Life & Style also cites an insider who pointed out that the timing of this pregnancy could not be worse. Odom has been seen visiting strip clubs, and he reportedly became so drunk prior to taking a plane to New York City that he had to be removed, vomiting, from the flight.
“[Khloe] is more stressed than ever,” revealed the source. “[She’s] petrified that Lamar has fallen back in with the wrong crowd after a crack pipe was found at the home she was renting for him in June. Now she is barely eating and is suffering from panic attacks.”
How could it be possible that the estranged couple is having a baby? The insider clarified that the two shared several “late-night hookups.” Moreover, Kardashian’s pals are reportedly gossiping about the pregnancy.
“Now Khloe’s friends are buzzing that she’s pregnant, and that it’s Lamar’s. The timing couldn’t be worse,” added the insider.
It’s not just Kardashian who is concerned about Odom. Radar Online reports that the former superstar athlete’s father, Joe, fears that his son could die, noting that those who care had hoped that his almost deadly overdose last October would serve as a wake-up call.
“Only God can save him now,” said Joe.
Fears for Odom’s future soared after he was removed from the Delta flight, drunk and vomiting. He also has been seen in bars in both New York and Los Angeles.
As to what Odom is doing now, he headed to Manhattan to visit his children, Destiny and Lamar Jr., whose mother is ex-girlfriend Liza Morales.
But now those children are “incredibly worried” as well after an intervention designed to persuade their father to go to rehab failed, a family insider told People.
“Everyone is terrified by what could happen if Lamar doesn’t get help….[He] is going down a very dangerous path.”
Odom no longer speaks to Kardashian while surrounding himself only with those who enable his dangerous behavior, leaving him in a state of “complete denial,” according to the source.
“Lamar has surrounded himself with enablers. No one tells him no or makes decisions that are best for him,” shared the insider. “He thinks he can just keep going and treating his body like this with no consequences.”
With regard to the possibility that having a baby with Khloe might help the situation, however, Gossip Cop investigated the claims of a pregnancy and reported that she is not having a baby.
Noting that “very real issues” have caused conflict between Kardashian and her estranged husband, a pregnancy is not one of those issues, according to Gossip Cop.
