UFO Spacecraft Shoots Energy Beam, Lands At Secret Underground Base Beneath White House, Alien Hunter Claims [Video]
A controversial UFO hunter, allegedly a former Air Force One engineer, claims to have “forensic quality” photographs taken in July 2010 showing a hyperdimensional alien UFO shooting an energy beam near the White House and then landing at a top-secret underground UFO base located deep beneath the White House.
According to Wilbur Allen, who claims to have worked as a White House employee under several U.S. presidents, including Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, there is a top-secret underground UFO base located deep beneath the White House. The base was built by an extraterrestrial race from a hyperdimensional civilization that signed a treaty of secret military-technology alliance with the U.S. government in the 1950s and now effectively controls the U.S. government, UFO Sightings Hotspot reported.

Alien UFOs take off from and land at the alien base beneath the White House regularly, Allen claims. But they are not detected by civilian and military surveillance radar because they are advanced hyperdimensional spacecraft that are able to enter and exit restricted airspace over Washington, D.C. through hyperdimensional portals at very high speeds.
The UFOs, according to Allen, are able to travel over vast distances of space. They are able to enter restricted airspace in Washington, D.C. undetected through “dimensional shifts” using “self-generated star gate” systems.
The UFO hunter claims that a hyperdimensional craft entered Washington, D.C. airspace about one mile southeast of the White House on July 20, 2010 and fired a directed energy beam over the White House.
“I have photographs of extraterrestrial craft coming in to land at an extraterrestrial base under or around the White House underneath the Potomac River.”
That was not the first time that UFOs flown by the alleged advanced hyperdimensional alien race entered Washington, D.C. airspace undetected, according to Allen. Intrusions of restricted Washington, D.C. airspace and flights over the U.S. Capitol and the White House by hyperdimensional alien spacecraft occurred on July 16, 1952 and July 16, 2002, according to UFO researchers.
Allen claimed he witnessed and photographed another incident on July 20, 2016, at about 3:18:07 a.m. He was able to capture on camera the moment that the hyperdimensional extraterrestrial space craft entered restricted airspace through a “self-generated star gate about one mile southeast of the White House.”
After the alien UFO entered restricted airspace, it fired an energy beam in the direction of the White House, according to Allen.
“I imaged a hyperdimensional space craft pulse through the sky, and then [observed] it fire an energy beam.”
The latest incident, according to alien hunters, occurred on July 16, 2014, when cameras captured a UFO emitting a beam of light over the Capitol building.

Allen, a resident of Washington, D.C., claims that his first contact with aliens was at the tender age of five when about five grey aliens in silver spacesuits visited him and implanted a special electronic device in his body. He did not realize that aliens had implanted a device in his body until he was older, and the device began directing him to photograph hyperdimensional crafts violating U.S. airspace through “self-generated” hyperdimensional star gates.
Allen reported his sightings to Capitol Police, but while the authorities ignored his warnings, a few officers admitted privately that they had witnessed UFO incursions and landings, according to The Truth Denied.
In a 2015 interview with disclosure activist Alfred Lambremont Webre (see YouTube below), Allen accused the U.S. government of covering up evidence of UFOs despite glaring evidence that the authorities have been contacted by alien races and that an advanced race has established a massive base beneath the White House.
He accused President Barack Obama of lying to the public about government contact with technologically advanced alien races, even as alien UFOs conduct regular flights over the Capitol building and land at a base beneath the White House.
He claimed he obtained photographs that prove the existence of the alleged massive alien UFO base beneath the White House. The existence of the base proves that the U.S. government is controlled by extraterrestrial races, according to conspiracy theorists.
“Obama denies that extraterrestrials exist,” Allen said. “Yet I have precision photographs of extraterrestrial craft coming in to land at an extraterrestrial base under or around the White House underneath the Potomac River.”

But according to an official statement issued by the White House in 2011 in response to a disclosure petition, there is no evidence yet of intelligent extraterrestrial life, and the U.S. government has not been contacted by an extraterrestrial race or civilization.
