Whitney Bischoff Engaged

‘The Bachelor’ Chris Soules’ Ex Whitney Bischoff Is Getting Married — See Her Stunning Engagement Ring

Whitney Bischoff didn’t find her happily-ever-after with Bachelor Chris Soules, ending their engagement in May 2015, just six months after Prince Farming’s proposal was filmed for the Bachelor Season 19 finale.

Almost 14 months after People reported that Chris, now 34, and Whitney, a 31-year-old fertility nurse, called it quits, Bischoff is sporting a new diamond ring and is happily engaged to a guy she did not meet on TV.

Although Chris Soules is still single, it’s clear that Whitney is over her TV romance. On Thursday, she shared a photo via social media that shows her sporting a stunning engagement ring alongside her new fiance (photo below).

Who is the lucky guy Whitney plans to marry, when did they start dating, and has Chris Soules reached out to congratulate the happy couple? Here’s the scoop — along with a few photos of the newly-engaged Whitney Bischoff who looks over-the-moon happy with her new man, Chicago-based sales rep Ricky Angel. And how about that stunning engagement ring?

The black-and-white photo of Whitney and Ricky garnered over over 41,000 “likes” from her followers shortly after Bischoff posted it on Instagram.

“Whitney Angel has a nice ring to it, yall!” Whitney captioned the photo that doubled as an engagement announcement.

The first hint that Whitney had a new man in her life came last December when she posted a photo on Instagram (below) that showed her getting cozy with Ricky. Bischoff hadn’t posted a photo in months, so it was clear that she was so smitten that she wanted to share a photo with her new man.

Oh hey yall! It's been awhile… Happy 2016 ????

Over the course of the seven months leading up to her engagement, Bischoff often posted cute couple photos with Ricky and revealed that they had moved in together in mid-June.

Although Whitney has not stated when she will walk down the aisle to marry Ricky, there’s a chance that her ex-fiancée Chris Soules will be at her wedding. The former Bachelor star has not congratulated her on social media, but he recently told Us Weekly that he is still friends with Whitney and they “catch up regularly.”

“We’re still friends and we catch up regularly. She’s doing great.”

As for Chris, he’s still farming in Iowa, but is frequently spotted traveling across the country to various promotional events. But what about love for the handsome farmer?

Six months ago, Chris revealed that he was back on the market and “looking for love” after one of his 233,000-plus Twitter followers asked if he was still single.

So far, Chris hasn’t reeled in a new girlfriend, but he seems to have no problem mingling with the ladies or hooking up with them. Last February, Ashley Iaconetti — who cried her way through Chris’ season of the Bachelorette — went on Jenny McCarthy’s Sirius XM radio show Dirty, Sexy, Funny to dish about her sister Lauren’s possible one night stand with Chris.

Lauren, who appeared briefly on Bachelor in Paradise Season 2, went to California with Ashley earlier this year to tape the Bachelor anniversary special that featured Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert’s wedding.

Ashley told Jenny that Chris and Lauren “may or may not have” made out with her sister Lauren after Jade and Tanner’s wedding reception, and Lauren “maybe” spent the night with the former Bachelor in his hotel room.

Shortly after his supposed fling with Lauren, there was speculation that Chris would appear on the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise, but he shot down the rumors when he tweeted that he would not appear on the show because he had “one true love of corn, soybeans and piggies.”
