Kate Middleton is thousands of miles away from the UK, but the royal still can’t seem to get away from photographers grabbing topless photos of her.

Well, this time it’s a topless photo with her in it.

The Duchess of Cambridge was photographed  at Marau, Solomon Islands, as part of her worldwide trip with Prince William. There she was greeted by a group of topless villagers who welcomed the royal couple, the New York Daily News reported.

The irony of the meeting was not lost on Kate Middleton, who was seen laughing and covering her face at the reminder of her scandal back home.

The topless women were dress in the island’s traditional clothing, and presented Prince William and Kate Middleton with garlands.

The Asian vacation has been a welcome bit of relief for the embattled couple. They spent other portions of the trip in Malaysia, where they explored the jungle from a ropes course high above the floor. Prince William also got a chance to learn about forest conservation efforts going on there.

While the couple toured Asia, the scandal that started with the French magazine Closer publishing topless pictures of Kate Middleton has been heating up by the hour. Since the initial photos were released, Italian magazine Chi has published more than two dozen photos of the Dutchess sunbathing topless in a 26-page spread.

Kate Middleton and the royal family are now striking back, suing Closer for what they called a “grotesque” invasion of her privacy. Legal action is also expected against other publications that put out the Kate Middleton topless photos, including an Irish magazine.
