‘Vanderpump Rules’ Spoilers — Which Of Lisa Vanderpump’s Minions May Not Be A Part Of Season 5?

Lisa Vanderpump’s Vanderpump Rules might be making some casting adjustments for Season 5.

Production for the new season is currently underway, yet Radar Online is reporting that one cast member has been suspiciously absent from set.

Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Marie, Katie Maloney, and Kristen Doute have all been seen filming for Season 5 of Vanderpump Rules. However, Lala Kent is nowhere in sight.

Did Kent leave the reality series before production started?

Apparently, Kent is not leaving the show for good. Instead, she is taking a lesser part in the series while focusing on other career interests.

“Lala is a part of season five,” Kent’s rep told the outlet. “To what extent is still unknown due to other opportunities she has decided to take advantage of.”

Kent created a lot of drama last season with her constant fights with Ariana Madix and Jax Taylor. She even had a feud with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, but Cohen and Kent eventually worked out their differences.

Still, Kent ended the last season of Vanderpump Rules without making amends with her co-stars. In fact, Maloney and Tom Schwartz refused to invite Kent to their wedding this summer.

Speaking of the wedding, Bustle is reporting that the couple is going to tie the knot on August 15. The ceremony will take place near Lake Tahoe.

Will the wedding be included in Vanderpump Rules?

Bravo has yet to confirm plans to televise the ceremony, but the network has never shied away from a wedding episode.

“I’m getting married this August,” Maloney told E! News. “I have a dress. I got the dress before we picked a date… We have a location, we have a date and so now we can really get into the fun part of planning of like colors and who’s going to be my bridesmaids and all of that.”

Although Maloney is all about the venue and decorations, she admitted that Schwartz is worried about staying under budget.

“He basically said, ‘We don’t need flowers. We don’t need food. Let’s just get really good music,” she stated. “That’s not really how it works.”

Not only is Maloney super excited about her coming nuptials, but she’s also planning for the big day ever since she was a small girl.

“I have family and friends to help along the way. Scheana [Marie Shay, Vanderpump Rules costar and friend] has definitely been a beacon of inspiration since she just got married last year,” Maloney continued. “[She’s] shed a lot of light on the cost of things and I’m already getting nervous about that!”

Apart from the wedding, Blasting News is reporting that Marie and Madix have mended their broken friendship and are much closer in Season 5 of Vanderpump Rules.

As fans will recall, the two experienced more than one heated argument last season. However, after spending quality time at a ranch in Malibu, the enemies have become fast friends.

Speaking of Madix, it doesn’t look as though she and Tom Sandoval are getting married anytime soon. The pair moved in together back in Season 3 but still aren’t prepared to walk down the aisle.

Instead, Madix and Tom are planning on spending as much time working together at the restaurant and traveling the country.

Meanwhile, it still isn’t clear when the new season of Vanderpump Rules will premiere. Fortunately, Madix recently hinted that fans can expect the show’s return sometime this fall.

“I’m guessing bc I don’t have any real info right now, but the previous seasons have all premiered early November,” Madix wrote on Twitter.

According to Enstarz, production for the new season started in early 2016 and is believed to wrap in the next two months.
