‘The Walking Dead’ Season 7: Negan Made ‘TWD’ Crew Cry – [Spoiler] Might Be Safe From Lucille?

Warning: The Walking Dead Season 7 spoilers are ahead.

Everyone is looking forward to The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere. There is one thing all TWD fans are talking about, and that is who did Negan kill? That answer will not be revealed until AMC premieres the zombie apocalypse drama in October. However, viewers are still speculating. Recently, it was teased that one certain character might be safe from Lucille. Also, Negan made the crew cry a lot during filming.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, it is speculated that Negan kills more than one character in The Walking Dead. The two top suspects are Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) and Sgt. Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz). Even popular TWD spoiler page The Spoiling Dead Fans believe this theory is correct. However, there are some who think that one of those characters may actually be safe.

According to Digital Spy, the show is going to change a lot from the comic books. This is contradictory to what Jeffrey Dean Morgan stated a few months ago to Variety. Back in April, the actor said as far as he knew, the TV show and comics were going to run parallel. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that everything is going to stay the same, including Negan’s victim.

As everyone should know by now, in The Walking Dead comic books, Negan kills Glenn with Lucille. It is a brutal and bloody death that shocked readers. It should come as no surprise that when Season 7 premieres, fans will be stunned by what happens. But, who is going to die when the show returns to AMC? The network, creator, producers, cast, and crew are trying to keep that a secret. In the past, the show allowed spoilers to be leaked without making too much of a fuss. However, Season 7 is different, and they are doing their best to keep a tight lid on what happens to whom.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Norman Reedus teased several weeks ago that fans may not be ready to see what happens in The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere. The actor actually said that people may break things in their homes. Are viewers really prepared to see their favorite characters brutally murdered by Negan’s barbed wire baseball bat, Lucille?

In other TWD news, it was also reported that Negan made The Walking Dead crew members cry and say “f**k” a lot.

“Some of the incoming directors, when they come in, they read all the scripts,” Greg Nicotero told Comic Book regarding Negan‘s scene in the Season 7 premiere. “As the cuts are available, we want them to see the show because we want them to get a flavor for what we’re doing visually. A couple of people have seen it and then they stand next to me for about 24 hours going, ‘F**k!’ And I’m like, ‘What?'”

Nicotero also told the media outlet that making some people cry causes him to have mixed emotions. Greg not only directs The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere, but he also directed the Season 6 finale, in which Negan made his big debut.

Some members of The Walking Dead cast are currently at Comic-Con. Expect the Season 7 premiere trailer to be unveiled at the convention, which should be released on the Internet within a few days, if not sooner. Yesterday, the show’s official Instagram account uploaded character posters for the upcoming season. They are the most haunting posters yet and make fans fear the worst.

Do you believe that Glenn Rhee is safe from Negan’s baseball bat? Or will Steven Yeun’s character die in The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere? Will Sgt. Abraham Ford also exit the show or are fans believing the wrong theories? Find out when TWD premieres this October on AMC.
