Those of you who plan on pre-ordering Far Cry 3 over at GameStop will be getting a bonus pack, Ubisoft announced over the weekend.

Titled “Monkey Business”, the pre-order bonus adds in four new missions centered around a quirky, possibly insane character called Hurk, who absolutely loves blowing things up. The problem (or not, depending on your perspective) with Hurk is, he likes to blow things up by strapping explosives to monkeys. PETA’s probably going to love that one.

Ubisoft didn’t go into detail on what these four new Far Cry 3 missions entail, but I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it involves a fair amount of monkeys and explosions.

In addition to the new missions, Ubisoft says that the Monkey Business pack comes with two multiplayer taunts with which to “humiliate your friends.” Again, Ubisoft didn’t say what kind of taunts we’re talking about here. Something monkey-related, I suspect.

If you prefer to do your shopping at Best Buy or Amazon, you’ll also be getting a little something extra out of your pre-order; Best Buy gets you two single-player missions and a Flare Gun for use in multiplayer, while Amazon customers get an exclusive dagger and the ability to customize tattoos for your multiplayer character, along with an Amazon-exclusive tattoo.

Far Cry 3 releases December 4 on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in North America, and Europe will be getting it a bit earlier on November 29.
