Eileen Davidson Will Return To ‘RHOBH’ For Season 7

Eileen Davidson is easily one of the most controversial Housewives stars in the franchise. The Bravo network paired her up with a fellow soap star, Lisa Rinna, in an attempt to stir things up on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during Season 5. While it appeared that Davidson would be a welcomed addition to the cast, the drama between her and Kim Richards escalated things pretty quickly. Throw in the drama with Rinna and Richards, and you have a full-blown circus act. There were some questions about whether or not Davidson would return to the show for another round, and it looks like that may be the case.

According to All About the Tea, Eileen Davidson is returning to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 7. It was confirmed earlier today on Twitter by none other than Davidson’s arch nemesis, Lisa Vanderpump. Things are going to get interesting this season without Yolanda Foster in tow. She was a lot of what the storylines revolved around last season, and the subject of most of the gossiping Davidson did with Lisa Rinna. While it will be sad to see the show go on without her, Davidson surely will find someone else to talk to Rinna about.

So far, Eileen Davidson and Lisa Vanderpump have been confirmed for Season 7. It is assumed that Kyle Richards will remain on the show as well as Lisa Rinna. Kathryn Edwards will not be taking another turn with the ladies this season. She graciously bowed out of the Bravo show but revealed she did enjoy her time filming with the ladies. A newbie will be added, and presumably, more faces will be available for the Season 7 shenanigans. Erika Girardi hasn’t talked about whether or not she plans to return, but since she was close with Yolanda Foster, and that is how she scored the job, it is being assumed that she will remain on board.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills isn’t the only thing Eileen Davidson has going on in her life. She also stars as Ashley Abbott on the daytime soap, the Young and the Restless. Davidson has taken her co-stars to visit the set. That is about the only time the two genres have crossed as she likes to keep her jobs separate. The soap tapes several weeks in advance, and while she is taping for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she is usually on the soap a bit less. Plenty of soap fans tuned in to see Davidson on the reality show, and many of them are seeing her in a completely light.

As of now, there is no premiere date listed for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The news of Eileen Davidson returning with full-time status is shocking to some. After Season 6 aired, Andy Cohen was under a lot of pressure to fire her and Lisa Rinna because of the way they acted with Lisa Vanderpump. It appears that the ratings outweigh what the fans want, hence, Eileen Davidson’s return. With her status being moved to full time, she will be seen a lot more in Season 7. Davidson still has some unresolved issues with some of her co-stars, so expect to hear about how Vanderpump didn’t sincerely apologize at least a few times.

Right now, fans are waiting to see what kind of drama Eileen Davidson will be able to stir up during the upcoming season. It was a bit of a shock to learn she was returning since it was speculated she would be axed and exit alongside Kathryn Edwards and Yolanda Foster. This season is going to be different, but Eileen Davidson will be able to keep it interesting if only for her distaste for Lisa Vanderpump.
