‘RHOBH’ Sisters Kyle Richards And Kim Richards Speak Out On Instagram After Dog Attack Lawsuit Is Filed Against Them

Kyle Richards and Kim Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have returned to Instagram after being targeted with a dog attack lawsuit.

Following news of stylist Paige Sanderson’s lawsuit against them, the reality sisters returned to social media to speak to fans. However, rather than addressing the lawsuit at hand, they chose to speak of other topics.

On Kyle Richards’ Instagram account, the reality star and boutique owner has been focused on her family and while on vacation, she has shared tons of photos of herself, her husband, Mauricio Umansky, and her four daughters, Farrah, Alexia, Sophia, and Portia.

“She makes me smile,” Kyle Richards wrote in the caption of a July 16 photo of her youngest child, Portia Umansky, who was sporting straightened hair and an Agency T-shirt (The Agency is her father’s real estate company).

Kyle Richards also posted a photo of a note written to her by Portia in which the child requested she and her sister, Sophia, be allowed to ride an Uber vehicle by themselves. While Kyle Richards, of course, shot down the request, she was amused at the idea and thought her Instagram fans and followers would be, as well.

Meanwhile, Kim Richards, who is not traveling through Europe with her younger sister, took to Instagram at the end of last week to offer her thoughts and prayers to the victims of the recent terror attack in Nice, France.

“Praying for Nice! My heart goes out to all the victims and families who have been affected by today’s senseless tragedy! #prayingforourworld #senselessviolence #pray #france #peaceandlove,” she wrote.

While Kyle Richards and her co-stars, including Erika Girardi, Lisa Vanderpump, Dorit Kemsley, and Lisa Rinna, have been filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the past couple of weeks, Kim Richards doesn’t appear to be doing any such thing. Instead, as she faces yet another lawsuit due to her dog’s aggressive and dangerous behavior, she appears to be focused on her family.

Following attacks on an elderly woman, a dog trainer and her own niece, Alexia Umansky, Kim Richards’ pit bull, Kingsley, has been accused of attacking her former stylist at a home owned by Kyle Richards in Los Angeles.

According to court documents obtained by People Magazine earlier this month, Paige Sanderson claims the dog “lunged at her, bit and held on to her lower abdomen and crotch, tearing off her leggings and underwear and ripping out portions of flesh” when she visited Kyle Richards’ house (where Kim is reportedly living with her son, Chad) in April to style Kim for a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills appearance.

The documents also revealed that Kim Richards “refused to call 911 unless Sanderson lied to EMT’s by blaming the attack on a stray dog.”

Sanderson is seeking money “for emotional distress, cosmetic surgery and medical bills.”

Because the home where the alleged attack to place belonged to Kyle Richards, she is being named in the lawsuit and could be forced to pay up if the court rules against her and her sister.

Kyle Richards’ relationship with her sister has been strained in recent years and after Kim’s dog attacked Kyle’s daughter, things between them took a turn for the worse. However, after filming on Season 6 was complete, they appeared to be in a much better place.
