Jennifer Aniston Faces Boob Job Rumors After Denying Pregnancy Reports With Hypocritical Essay?

Jennifer Aniston continues to face false rumors despite an elaborate message to the press earlier this month.

After shooting down rumors of a possible pregnancy, the 47-year-old actress faced reports claiming she underwent a breast augmentation in an effort to save her marriage to Justin Theroux. However, just like the reports claiming she was pregnant with her first child, the boob job rumor was untrue.

“Jennifer Aniston did not get a boob job, nor is she trying to ‘save her rocky marriage’ to Justin Theroux, despite an entirely false report from one of the tabloids,” Gossip Cop confirmed to readers on July 15.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux began dating in May 2011 when he was still living with his girlfriend of 14 years, Heidi Bivens, as Page Six reported on July 16. At the time, Aniston and Theroux were working together on the Judd Apatow-produced comedy Wanderlust. Following filming, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux purchased a $22 million home in Los Angeles, where they tied the knot in August 2015.

While Jennifer Aniston claimed earlier this month that she was not pregnant, but rather a victim of the media’s constant scrutiny and body shaming, Page Six questioned several of her comments, claiming she has addressed press gossip before despite claims of never having done so in her open essay for the Huffington Post.

“Let me start by saying that addressing gossip is something I have never done. I don’t like to give energy to the business of lies, but I wanted to participate in a larger conversation that has already begun and needs to continue,” Jennifer Aniston began in her piece.

However, as Page Six noted, Aniston has addressed gossip before. In fact, she participated in an extensive interview with Vanity Fair years ago in which she spoke of the highly-publicized affair between her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, and his new wife, Angelina Jolie. Also during the interview, Jennifer Aniston spoke of her and Pitt’s desire to have children — and her rumored romance with her former co-star Vince Vaughn.

Jennifer Aniston went on to reprimand the media for their “scrutiny and body shaming” and claimed she and Theroux were sick of being “harassed by dozens of aggressive photographers staked outside our home.”

“The objectification and scrutiny we put women through is absurd and disturbing,” Aniston wrote. “The way I am portrayed by the media is simply a reflection of how we see and portray women in general, measured against some warped standard of beauty… We use celebrity ‘news’ to perpetuate this dehumanizing view of females, focused solely on one’s physical appearance, which tabloids turn into a sporting event of speculation. Is she pregnant? Is she eating too much? Has she let herself go? Is her marriage on the rocks because the camera detects some physical ‘imperfection’?”

Although Jennifer Aniston brought up several problems with today’s society, Page Six found her comments about women and their bodies to be hypocritical. After all, Jennifer Aniston has posed for a number or racy pictorials in the past, including a cover of GQ in which she was completely nude with nothing but a tie and a cover of Vanity Fair, which featured her braless with a white button-down barely covering her breasts.

While Jennifer Aniston is not currently pregnant, she mentioned in her essay that she and Theroux would like to one day be parents. She also noted that she didn’t need to be a mother in order to feel complete and happy.
