Lamar Odom Finally Ready To Get Sober? Khloe Kardashian’s Estranged Husband Reportedly Ready For Rehab

Khloe Kardashian may have provided the push Lamar Odom needed to get help.

Following Odom’s divorce from the reality star, the former NBA player has reportedly entered rehab. Will Odom finally get sober?

Radar Online is reporting that Odom entered rehab days after signing the divorce papers. Apparently, Odom hit his lowest point this month after struggling with alcohol for years.

As fans will recall, Odom almost died last fall after an overdose at a Nevada brothel. His subsequent rehab put a hold on his divorce with Kardashian, who helped see him through the recovery process.

Now that Odom is healthy enough to live on his own, Kardashian has parted ways for good.

Despite her generosity, a source told the outlet that Odom is not on friendly terms with his estranged wife.

“Lamar hates Khloe right now,” the insider stated.

For his part, Odom cut ties with the Kardashians and moved far from the Calabasas mansion Kardashian set up for him.

“He moved out a month ago and he is renting a place in Sherman oaks, an apartment,” the source continued.

Once he moved out, Odom allegedly returned to his old ways of drinking and doing drugs, including using herbal Viagra.

“Lamar was really struggling for a while,” the insider noted. “But he wouldn’t listen to anyone that told him to get help.”

Odom has been spotted with the Kardashians on several occasions after his overdose. Back in march, the NBA star was spotted attending an Easter celebration with the Kardashians.

Prior to the festivities, however, Odom was seen entering a bar for a few drinks.

According to TMZ, Odom finally had a wakeup call when he was kicked off a plane at LAX.

Eyewitnesses told the outlet that Odom boarded an overnight flight to NYC this past week. Unfortunately, he was already drunk when he took his seat.

As soon as the plane started to enter the runway, Odom got up and went to the bathroom. Odom vomited on his way to the restroom. When he exited a few moments later, passengers spotted more vomit on his shirt.

Flight attendants removed Odom from the plane and called in a cleaning crew to take care of the mess.

However, Lamar Odom eventually returned to the plane and used his seat to keep his balance.

“Don’t you know his history?” one passenger reportedly told the flight crew. “I don’t want a dead body at 30,000 feet.”

Odom was removed a second time from the flight after it was clear that he shouldn’t be flying. The flight continued on without him and was delayed close to an hour.

Following the airline incident, Odom allegedly enrolled himself in rehab.

“He’s actually in a program,” the insider shared. “He is doing really well. Lamar is taking big steps to keep up his sobriety.”

For her part, People revealed that Kardashian is not happy with how Odom has behaved in recent weeks.

“It’s really sad for Khloe to see Lamar in an unhealthy place. She cares so much about him but she can only do so much,” a source told the outlet. “She’s not doing well. She is frustrated because she knows there is nothing she can do.”

Kardashian has commented on the matter on social media, though she failed to name Odom directly. She also shared a sad emoji on the day of Odom’s airline mishap.

Fortunately, it sounds as though Odom is finally ready to get the help he needs for his addictions. Whether or not he completes the rehab program is yet to be seen.

Whatever happens, it is clear that his marriage with Kardashian is officially over.
