Taylor Swift’s Secrets Come Out As Her Team Fixes Her Tarnished Image

Taylor Swift had a bit of a bad girl image going on for the past few months. While she was dating DJ Calvin Harris, she decided to go grunge and platinum blonde. She then debuted her look a few more times on the May 2016 cover of Vogue, then at Coachella, and again at the Met Gala.

That very event was also the time when Taylor Swift, 26, supposedly met Tom Hiddleston, 35, for the first time. But, before the two famously danced the night away, Swift and Hiddleston were spotting having dinner with Anna Wintour at her house in New York City on May 1. And then, just two weeks later, after Swift broke up with Harris, 32, she was seen kissing Hiddleston and rocking her old look.

Some have claimed that the timing of Taylor’s split from the Scottish DJ to hooking up with the British actor has been suspect. Now a report in the Sun, according to the Mirror, suggests that Taylor was really upset with Calvin back in February when he refused to attend the Grammy Awards with her. It’s one of the reasons why she decided to move on so quickly with Tom.

“Taylor was furious and hated the way he never wanted to attend shows and big music industry events with her. It was a Sunday night in LA and she felt he could have slipped away for a couple of hours to be with her.”

Other sources have told the British newspaper that Swift honed in on Hiddleston right around the time her ex-boyfriend was admitted to the hospital following his car crash in Los Angeles. Back in May, Harris was rushed to the hospital to receive treatment for injuries he sustained in the accident. Swift flew from Nashville to be by Harris’ side, but she was only there for a day, claims the source.

“Taylor’s true colors are coming out. The truth is she met Tom in February and things are moving very quickly. She had vacated her relationship with Calvin way before she let on.”

But another source claims that the new couple actually met on May 1 and not back in February. It is not Swift’s week because she was just slammed by Harris on Twitter after he confirmed that she had a hand in writing his single “This Is What You Came For,” featuring Rihanna. Since then, it’s been rumored that Swift’s team has been doing “damage control” after his latest social media rant.

According to a Radar Online report, the singer made sure that some of her girl squad members confirmed her relationship with Tom days after Calvin’s tweets. Not only that, but Tom also confirmed their relationship in his interview with the Hollywood Reporter, claiming that their relationship is “not a publicity stunt” and that they are very “happy” together.

“It’s time for some major damage control from Taylor Swift’s team – and they’ve come back with a vengeance,” an insider told Radar. However, Swift’s team has since denied the report. They confirmed to Gossip Cop that Swift has no control of the press, including when the media asks her friends questions in interviews that involve her.

Taylor is not focused on the drama that her ex-boyfriend has been serving. She’s just happy that she’s finally found a man who loves being seen with her. An inside source told Hollywood Life that Taylor is glad that Tom is as serious about her as she is about him.

“Taylor is so thrilled that she finally has a man who seems to be as proud to be in a relationship with her as she is with him. Usually she’s the one who’s driving it, and sometimes it bites her in the butt. Like the time she bought a house next to Connor Kennedy in Cape Cop and then he was basically like, ‘See ya.’ She was mortified!”

Looks like Hollywood Life forgot about the time when Swift told Vanity Fair in 2013 that she doesn’t buy houses near her boyfriends. But Hiddleston wants the world to know that he’s dating Taylor Swift. She’s loving the fact that he wants to show off their romance everywhere they go. She obviously didn’t like hiding her relationship with Harris.

It’s any wonder if Tom and Taylor will attend the red carpet together at the Emmys since he’s been nominated for his role on the TV Show The Night Manager, which airs on AMC.
