Britney Spears looks sexier than ever, and now she’s got a new song, “Make Me,” that salutes her sex appeal. The combination just toppled her former boyfriend Justin Timberlake from the top spot on iTunes, reported Us Weekly.

Spears dropped “Make Me” on Friday, July 15, making ex-beau Justin surrender his crown. Timberlake had dominated the No. 1 slot on iTunes previously with the strength of his “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” song.

And it took only hours for Britney, 34, to soar to No. 1. The pop princess’ new song is the first single from a yet-to-be-released studio album, which will mark her ninth such achievement.

Heading to Twitter, Team Britney Spears cheered for their leader’s singing success on iTunes.

The singer expressed her appreciation to her fans, dominating her Twitter feed with her excitement over the positive response to “Make Me.”

As for how long Britney’s success in the top spot on iTunes will last? The musical chairs game to be No. 1 continues, with Katy Perry replacing Spears with her 2016 Olympics theme “Rise.” But Britney continues to win out over Justin.

Timberlake has earned praise from Spears in the past.

“Justin Timberlake [is so different and fresh]. It’s inspiring for me, and it makes people eager to listen to music, which helps everyone.”

As a couple, Justin and Britney started dating in 1999. However, they split in 2002, with rumors swirling that Spears had cheated on Timberlake with choreographer Wade Robson.

In response, Justin showed that Taylor Swift isn’t the only one to use breakups to inspire new songs. His “Cry Me a River” is assumed to result from his heartbreak when Britney was allegedly unfaithful. But he has emphasized that he respects Britney’s talent.

“I wish her well, and I want to see her win,” said Timberlake. “I don’t think you can ever count somebody like her out. Because she may appear one way, but she’s very clever.”

While Britney is earning praise for her new song, she also is turning heads with her impressively toned body, noted the Daily Mail.

The promotional photo for her tune showed off those awesome abs, notable because of her minimal fashion. The multi-tasking superstar also has been flaunting her figure to hype a new fragrance, called Private Show.

Using Instagram to expand her opportunities to give fans a chance to view her hot body, Britney slipped into a tiny suit that highlighted her curves, which are credited to yoga workouts.

“My new fragrance #PrivateShow just got a spot on the small screen ? #TakeABow @britneyspearsfragrances,” wrote Spears for the caption.

In addition to focusing on her upcoming studio album, the pop princess has been immersed in her Las Vegas residency, “Piece Of Me.” Keeping it fresh is challenging as well because Britney has a career that covers almost 20 years.

Her devotion to maintaining her fitness is documented with her Instagram photos. Earlier this month, Spears stunned her fans with a picture in which she showed off her handstand skills, pointed out CBS 8.

“I love handstands!” wrote Britney for the caption.

Spears also has been candid about her love for yoga.

“Yoga yoga…feelin better and getting back on the mat,” she penned for another caption.

In addition to yoga, the pop star credits her sleek physique to a combination of fitness regimes. The pop princess dances in her performances, but she also runs, performs free weights, and tones her flat abs with a variety of core work, including sit-ups.

“I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,” clarified Spears. “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch.”
