Florida Man Arrested For Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend’s House To Bring Her Sex Toys

A Florida man is behind bars in Deland after surveillance video caught him allegedly sneaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home with a bag fully packed with sex toys.

Jeffery Vanderhoff, 56, was charged with unarmed burglary and stalking after a security camera caught video of him attempting to gain access to his ex-girlfriend’s house while wearing his no doubt pleasurable backpack, according to the New York Post.

Ironically, authorities noted that the Florida man was not actually packing weapons of any sort.

Vanderhoff was immediately taken into custody with dozens of sex toys in his satchel, among them handcuffs, a whip, and a sex swing. Police indicated that this red backpack — which was packed with a number of items that were also “sexual in nature” — also included leather bonds, lubrication, and what can best be described as “a purple replica penis.”

Police found Jeffery Vanderhoff in the victim’s back yard with a red backpack, such as the one pictured, that was filled to the brim with sex toys he presumably wanted to use with her. He was also found to be in possession of two jump drives that were believed to have come from inside the house. [Photo by Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images]
Not all of the Florida man’s belongings, however, were for use in the bedroom. The police report indicated that Vanderhoff was also in possession of two USB memory sticks that the victim believes were actually stolen from her home. The Florida man, however, told police that he had never entered the house and was unaware how he had gotten them.

While it can in no way be confirmed what the Florida resident’s actual intentions were toward his ex-girlfriend, it should be noted that the seemingly insane arrest was totally laid back in nature, at least on the part of Vanderhoff.

For his part, per the N.Y. Post, the Florida man told police that his ex-girlfriend liked to take “a good pounding,” but also indicated that he planned to leave her alone if she was not interested in his unusual brand of romance.

Unfortunately for the Florida resident, he never got far enough past the trespassing part of his plan to actually see how it would play out between him and the victim.

The unnamed woman, who requested her privacy be kept intact, called police after seeing Vanderhoff attempt to sneak into her house. She told officers at the time of the arrest that the Florida man had been text messaging and harassing her for months.

A police report also noted that the defendant did have a trespassing charge lobbied against him after attempting to reach out to her at the same Florida home back in June.

The victim told police that Vanderhoff had actually texted her with his intentions to come over, prompting her to keep an eye on her Florida home’s security footage despite the fact that she was not actually home at the time of the incident.

Deland, Florida, police apprehended the man while he was seated on his ex-girlfriend’s backyard porch, which was located in a fenced-in area.

The Florida resident was charged with unarmed burglary and cyber stalking, and was promptly taken to the local county jail for processing. Vanderhoff’s arrest was verified by the Daytona Beach News-Journal in a recent local crime report for the area.
