Brandi Glanville Claims Joanna Krupa Is Withholding Tax Returns As Slander Lawsuit Continues

Brandi Glanville and Joanna Krupa have been locked in a bitter legal battle for over a year, and today, an update regarding the ongoing proceedings between the former Real Housewives stars was revealed.

As Brandi Glanville’s new series, Famously Single, plays out on the E! Network, a report claims the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has requested Krupa prove her career was negatively impacted by Glanville’s allegations against her by presenting the courts with her tax returns, which she has yet to do.

“Brandi Glanville has accused Real Housewives of Miami star Joanna Krupa of refusing to hand over multiple years of her tax returns in the latest installment of the reality stars’ ongoing legal battle,” the Daily Mail revealed to readers on July 13.

According to the report, Brandi Glanville’s legal battle with Krupa began in January 2015 after the mother of two claimed the model had engaged in an affair with Mohamed Hadid during his marriage to Yolanda Foster. Glanville also suggested Krupa’s private parts were foul-smelling before Krupa took legal action against her.

Following Brandi Glanville’s shocking comments, which were first made during a 2013 interview with Andy Cohen on his Bravo late night talk show, Watch What Happens Live, Krupa filed a lawsuit against Glanville. Krupa accused her of slander and emotional distress and demanded monetary damages for the harm to her reputation. In her lawsuit, Krupa alleged Glanville had used her platform as a celebrity to “embarrass, ridicule and ruin her image,” as well as to negatively impact her ability to get work.

In her response to Krupa’s lawsuit, Brandi Glanville fired back at the model, claiming she was only suing her in attempt to get publicity and land a spot on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills due to the series’ Florida-based franchise, The Real Housewives of Miami, having been canceled months prior.

After making her claims about Krupa public, Brandi Glanville explained that she had been made privy to Krupa’s alleged affair with Hadid, the father of Foster’s three children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar, by Hadid and his longtime friend, Lisa Vanderpump. She also claimed to have been informed of Krupa’s odor problems.

While Brandi Glanville wants proof of Krupa’s lost income, Krupa has yet to give it to her. According to the report, Krupa has suggested that Glanville’s requests are “nothing more than an attempt to harass her in the legal battle, saying many of the documents requested have nothing to do with the issues at hand,” the Daily Mail explained.

Around the time Krupa filed her lawsuit against Brandi Glanville, she spoke to TMZ, labeling the reality star “trailer trash” for making such horrible comments about her on Watch What Happens Live.

“I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there,” Krupa told the outlet in December 2014. “I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay? First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is.”

Brandi Glanville currently appears on the E! Network every Tuesday night at 9 p.m. in Famously Single, which also stars Aubrey O’Day, Josh Murray, and other celebrities.
