Kim Kardashian Admits She Doesn’t Know Why She’s Famous When Asked By A Child [Video]

Kim Kardashian was recently grilled on her fame by a young boy, and it turns out that even Kim isn’t quite sure why she’s so famous.

In a series of videos posted by Kardashian on Snapchat and later uploaded to Instagram by Kim fan @kimksnapchats on July 11, Kim can be seen chatting to a little boy named Sid, who questioned exactly why Kardashian is on the cover of so many magazines.

“Why are you on magazines?” Sid asked Kim in the video, to which Kardashian replied, “Am I? I don’t know… because I like magazines.”

Though it’s not clear exactly why the adorable youngster was so intent on grilling Kim about her fame during their group lunch date, little Sid certainly didn’t appear to hold back when questioning Kardashian’s ever rising popularity.

“Are you famous?” Sid then asked the reality star, to which Kardashian replied, “Am I famous? I don’t like to use that term.”

The youngster then asked the big question on many people’s lips when it comes to Kim and her family, opting to ask Kardashian exactly why she’s so famous.

“How are you famous?” Sid sweetly asked Kim in another Snapchat video uploaded to Instagram by @kimksnapchats, to which Kim honestly admitted that she wasn’t really sure how to answer the little guy’s question.

“How am I famous?” Kim, who first gained notoriety after appearing in a sex tape with rapper Ray J, replied in the video, admitting that “That’s up for question too, but…”

Kim Kardashian didn’t directly answer the young fan’s question in the multiple videos uploaded to Instagram from Snapchat, although the person filming the video did admit off-camera that Kardashian’s fame is because “She’s got a big booty!”

It’s not clear why little Sid was so inquisitive about Kim’s fame and popularity, though it’s thought that the youngster is the son of one of Kardashian’s closest friends, Allison Statter.

Just last month, Kim revealed that Allison was her best friend in a video uploaded to her official website and app, where she revealed that the two had been friends ever since they were young and even had their children at the same time.

“Allison and I go way, way back,” Kardashian admitted in the video uploaded to the site, where she and Allison dished the details on their friendship.

“I don’t know life without Kim,” Statter added. “You’ve just been such an amazing sister to me. It’s also just really comforting and really nice to be on the same path in life too,” she continued to Kim.

“We had our kids at the same time, were like married with kids at the same time… It’s rare and it’s unique and I just feel so blessed that we have each other,” Allison added of her closeness with Kardashian.

But while it seems like Allison’s son has Kim a little confused about her popularity, Kardashian’s exchange with the youngster comes shortly after the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to Instagram to joke about her lack of talent after landing the cover of the latest Forbes magazine.

Kim posted the latest cover of the magazine on the social media site, joking that landing the cover of the financial magazine wasn’t bad “for a girl with no talent.” Kardashian was on the cover of Forbes due to the wild success of her game app, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood,

“Such a tremendous honor to be on the cover of Forbes! I never dreamed this would happen and know my Dad would be so proud,” Kardashian captioned the cover, adding the hashtag, #NotBadForAGirlWithNoTalent.
