Chris Brown Gets New Tattoo That Isn’t On His Neck

It seems as of late there’s a lot of things happening in the tattoo world between Rihanna and Chris Brown. First Rihanna exposes a tribute tattoo of an Egyptian goddess etched on her chest for her deceased grandma, who she affectionately calls “grandolly.” Of the tattoo Rihanna wrote, “Goddess Isis – Complete Woman – Model for future generations – #GRANGRANDOLLY.” Then Chris Brown revealed a disturbing yet interesting tattoo of a battered woman’s face on his neck.

When the Internet almost exploded in speculation that the said tattoo could be an homage to Rihanna’s brutal photo following the 2009 physical altercation, Brown’s rep denied it saying that his battered woman tattoo is actually “a sugar skull (associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead) and a MAC cosmetics design he saw.” Brown personally defended the tattoo, saying, “I’m an artist and this is art. Dia de los Muertos.”

Now it looks like Chris Brown has another new tattoo to reveal, and it happens to be in the same placement as Rihanna’s “grandolly” tattoo. Brown revealed the tattoo of a large fighter jet on Monday. The tattoo artist in question, John Petro, posed Brown for the Instagram photo that sees him with his arms spread to show off the outline of the jet tattoo. In a caption by artist Petro, he said, “About to go in on this #fighterjet #f16 #plane #tattoo on #chrisbrown.”

Do you think the placement of the tattoos are coincidental or that Rihanna and Chris Brown are headed towards a “sweet” reunion?
