Lohan Vs. Producers: LiLo Causes Drama On ‘Scary Movie 5′ Set
When Lindsay Lohan agreed to make a cameo in Scary Movie 5, she was apparently unaware that she would be making fun of herself. Lilo is reportedly causing drama on the set because she is refusing to film her scenes.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six, Lohan is slated to appear alongside Charlie Sheen during a cameo in the new Scary Movie. The scene apparently involves a few jokes about Lohan’s waning stardom and her partying ways and includes a kiss with the former Two and a Half Men actor.
Page Six reports that Lohan has blown off rehearsals, missed flights, and has made up excuses not to film her scene.
A source told the paper:
“Lindsay missed every meeting she had for the film, including script reads and wardrobe meetings… Then she missed her flight to Atlanta on Sunday to shoot the movie. The producers had been getting signs Friday that she was a mess, and would not be fit to work. (The scene) went pretty hard at Lindsay … she’d been freaking out about it for weeks.”
The paper claims that Lohan is under contract and the only way she’ll be able to get out of the scene is if she’s too sick to work. That’s why, according to the source, Lohan has been battling “walking pneumonia” and other diseases this week.
The source added:
“She is under contract — so to get out of it, she had to prove that she was sick… She tried to prove she has walking pneumonia. She’s been locked up in her room at the Bowery Hotel. She’s been in a tailspin. Even Charlie Sheen worried she might not be able to do the scene.”
A rep for Lohan denied the drama, saying that Lohan is fulfilling her obligations and that the rumors were false. The rep said:
“These stories are untrue, and she is willingly fulfilling all of her obligations (for the film).”
Do you think the producers are going to fire Lindsay Lohan?
This, of course, isn’t the first time that Lohan has caused drama with her producers. Last month she blamed the producers on Liz & Dick for the huge hotel bill she racked up during filming.
