‘Return To Amish’ News: Kate Stoltz Slams Chapel, Saying Cancer Was Never Back, Reveals More Things Fake On The Show

It is almost time for Return to Amish to come back, and now Kate Stoltz is revealing a lot about past seasons. It is pretty obvious that she is unhappy with the show right now and not holding much back. Starcasm shared what Kate Stoltz had to say on her Twitter account as she revealed a lot of secrets. The big one was about Chapel Schmucker.

This all went down while Kate Stoltz was answering questions from the fans. She would let them ask her something and Kate didn’t hold back responding to them. Someone asked her about Andrew and Chapel. Kate said that last she knew Andrew was still in jail but is getting out soon, and that she doesn’t have anything to do with Chapel. Kate explained her reason, saying, “I haven’t heard from her since I found out her cancer wasn’t back like she said it was. i don’t know what she is up to.” The rumors were flying during the last season of Return to Amish that Chapel’s cancer might not be real, but this confirmation is something fans wanted to hear.

After that, Kate Stoltz went on to talk more about Chapel’s cancer. Kate said, “They had me fooled. I’m upset that I was tricked into thinking that her cancer was back, and she was doing chemo. For example, Chapel was NOT doing chemo when the show was filmed. She was in remission and had us all fooled into thinking she was very sick.” After that, Kate went on to explain that Chapel was using this excuse to cover up an addiction to heroin that she was dealing with at the time. If you remember correctly, Chapel got arrested for drugs not long ago.

Kate Stoltz went on to say that the producers told her she was boring, and they did threaten to kick her off the show. She did a few crazy things to keep her on the show. Kate also said that reality television ruins lives, and she went back because of contracts. It doesn’t sound like Kate is a big fan of reality television at all. Kate is on the Dean’s List at Fashion Institute of Technology, and this is her main focus right now. Kate admits that she isn’t really friends with the people she grew up with and has moved on.

Us Weekly shared what Kate Stoltz had to say in an upcoming preview about not talking to any of her old friends anymore. Kate shared that it has always been her dream to go back to school. When you are Amish, you stop going to school a lot younger and just start working right away. She went on to explain that her life has changed a lot recently.

“It’s so important for me to build a strong career because I’m not going back to Pennsylvania, ever. I think the best thing I ever did was completely cut ties with all of my friends and everything back home, not because they weren’t good for me but because if I would have stayed in touch with them, I would still be hanging onto that life that I had, and it would keep me from pursuing what I want to do up here.”
