Kailyn Lowry Denies Same-Sex Relationship, ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Not Dating Becky Hayter
Kailyn Lowry has been the subject of plenty of relationship rumors. She is currently still married to Javi Marroquin, though their status is about to change. Things began getting tense between the Teen Mom 2 stars last winter when Lowry suffered a miscarriage. Shortly after their loss, Marroquin was deployed to Qatar. Things between them started to go downhill quickly, and now they are working out a solution that includes a divorce.
For a little over a month now, Kailyn Lowry has been reportedly dating one of her close friends. Becky Hayter has been seen hanging out with the Teen Mom 2 star and taking some suggestive photos. Despite the reports the two are hooking up, that doesn’t seem to be the case. According to Us Weekly, Kailyn Lowry denies that she is in a relationship with Becky Hayter. In fact, she said that her friend is currently talking to someone she is interested in pursuing a relationship with. Lowry is currently not involved with anyone, and it will likely remain that way as she tackles her divorce from Javi Marroquin.
Recently, it was revealed that Kailyn Lowry is writing a tell-all book that will include her experiences dating women. She allegedly dated a female just before hooking up with Jo Rivera and getting pregnant with Isaac. That is part of the reason the rumors of her relationship with Becky Hayter were so believable. Lowry did not deny having an attraction to women or having previous relationships with them, but she is apparently not romantically involved with her friend. Hayter is not her girlfriend and hasn’t ever been. Lowry plans to move forward but likely not until her divorce is final.
It seems the plan for Kailyn Lowry now is to handle her impending divorce from Javi Marroquin. He is reportedly headed back home from Qatar at any point now. The two announced their plans during the reunion of Teen Mom 2, with Marroquin still wanting to fight for their marriage. Lowry is set on splitting up because she believes the two have entirely different goals in life. She does plan to spend time as a family with the boys and Marroquin when he returns. They had planned a family trip to a resort, and it appears that may still be in the works. Both of her boys will miss having him around, but Lowry insists she cannot live like she has been any longer.
The future for Kailyn Lowry is unclear. She hasn’t talked much about her love life and her sexuality. If she does decide to date women, it will be something that she believes is the right choice for her. Currently, she is working on solving the issues she has with her marriage before jumping into anything else. Lowry taking time for herself is probably one of the best things for the Teen Mom 2 star right now. A lot has happened in the last year, and much of it caused strain in her life. From the miscarriage to the impending divorce, Lowry has her plate full.
As fans wait for Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin to reunite after his deployment, there is hope that they may decide to work on their marriage. While it was pretty clear where Lowry stands on the Teen Mom 2 reunion special, Marroquin may be able to talk her down. He apologized publicly to her and told Dr. Drew Pinksy he wants things to work. Lowry did say it was too little too late, but anything can change. Kailyn Lowry has now cleared up the dating rumors and revealed that she is not tied to anyone outside of her husband, but that won’t stop more rumors from circulating on social media.
