Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Spotted Together In Los Angeles After Reported Jennifer Aniston Drama

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly headed for divorce, but earlier this week in Los Angeles, it sure didn’t look like there was any trouble in paradise as the celebrity couple and their kids shopped for groceries.

On Monday, as they prepared to celebrate the 4th of July as a family, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their three biological children, daughter Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, shopping for food.

“They’re used to spending lots of time apart due to their busy filming and philanthropy commitments. However, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made sure they were together to celebrate America’s Independence Day with their family,” the Daily Mail revealed to readers on July 6.

As their children displayed sporty attire, Pitt kept his look casual with a white T-shirt, khakis and a hat, while his wife, who has faced rumors of being too thin in recent months kept her figure hidden under a baggy white dress and long-sleeved gray jacket.

In addition to their three biological children, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are also parents to three adopted children, Maddox, 14, Pax, 12, and Zahara, 11.

Around the time Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stepped out with their kids, a report hit the web claiming the couple had recently had a blow out fight after Pitt admitted that he had been in contact with his former wife, Jennifer Aniston, after the death of her mother.

“[Brad] casually mentioned that he’d reached out to [ex-wife] Jen to send his sympathy after her mom passed away in May. He didn’t think it was a big deal,” a source revealed to In Touch Weekly earlier this week, according to a report by Hollywood Life on July 6. “To Angie, it was akin to Brad dropping a nuclear bomb. She accused him of talking with Jen behind her back… She was furious they’d reunited. She went ballistic and was in tears.”

Oddly, Pitt reportedly had no idea that his wife would be so upset by his reported decision to contact the former Friends actress.

“Brad thought the Angelina-Jennifer war was long dead and buried. But he [was] clearly wrong,” the source explained.

As fans of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will recall, the couple’s relationship began on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith while he was still married to Aniston. While they kept things under wraps for quite some time, Pitt and Aniston ultimately announced plans to split, and in 2005, just one month after Aniston filed for divorce, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie went public with their romance during a visit to Kenya with their oldest son, Maddox. Then, in the years that followed, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s relationship became even more controversial when Jolie admitted to falling in love with Pitt while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

“Angie’s greatest fear is that in a classic case of what goes around comes around, Brad could somehow end up back in Jen’s arms,” the magazine source continued. “She’s heard that Jen’s been having marriage problems with Justin Theroux, and Angie wants to make it clear that Brad is hers and hers alone.”

Weeks prior, a source claimed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s marriage was in jeopardy due to their frequent fights and Jolie’s alleged bad habits.

“For a while, the excitement of getting married masked their troubles,” an insider told OK! Magazine, via Hollywood Life, “but lately, they’ve been having explosive fights. Neither of them is sure that they can or should, hang on anymore.”

Jolie “barely eats, she guzzles wine every night and she smokes constantly,” the insider said. “Brad’s just exhausted from spending so much energy trying to get her to take better care of herself. It’s been hard to watch the woman he loves waste away.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been married since August 2014.
