The Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G will arrive at T-Mobile online and physical retail stores starting on September 19. T-Mobile announced the release date and pricing for the high-end smartphone on Tuesday morning.

The Relay 4G comes with a $150 price tag after a $50 mail-in rebate with a two year contract that includes Classic voice service alongside a data plan. T-Mobile will also offer buyers the option to pay $20 per month for 20 months with $100 down on a two-year contract. The second option must include a qualifying Value voice plan with data.

The phones data plan will allow T-Mobile customers to access the wireless carriers HSPA+ data network while connecting up to five Wi-Fi devices to the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G.

For $150 customers will receive a smartphone with a 4-inch touchscreen and a QWERTY keyboard that horizontally slides out from behind the touchscreen. The Relay 4G also ships with a dual-core, 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor that powers the Google Android 4.0 OS.

For business users the Relay 4G might be the perfectly priced and features supported option. The smartphone features enterprise ready applications thanks to its SAFE certification and other security included features.

If you would rather have an iPhone, T-Mobile recently began encouraging iPhone users to test out their unlocked smartphones on the company’s nationwide network. That request came after T-Mobile and Apple were unable to reach smartphone sales agreements.

The biggest advantage to the Relay 4G may very well be T-Mobile’s recently announcement that customers can now take advantage of unlimited HSPA+ mobile data access.
