Andy Cohen On Rumor Brandi Glanville Is Replacing Yolanda Foster On ‘RHOBH’ Season 7

Is Brandi Glanville going from E!’s Famously Single back to Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? While Brandi continues to promote the E! reality TV show, currently airing on Tuesday nights, there’s a rumor going around that she’s returning to Real Housewives for its 7th season as a replacement for her friend Yolanda Foster, who in June confirmed her departure from the show. Real Housewives executive producer and host of its reunion shows, Andy Cohen, recently spoke out about the rumor of Brandi’s return.

On Tuesday, Brandi promoted her current show with a tweet teasing that viewers will see her get emotional over co-star Calum Best and that the challenge that viewers will see her do is hilarious.

What Brandi hasn’t been tweeting much about lately is Real Housewives. Is she just keeping silent about her participation on the new season? In his latest Ask Andy episode, posted last Friday, Andy finally addressed the rumor that Brandi is returning as a replacement for Yolanda.

Andy’s assistant read off some questions viewers tweeted for him. One viewer said that she heard the rumor that Brandi’s returning now that Yolanda has left the show and asked if it’s true or false. Unfortunately for Brandi’s fans hoping to see her on yet another season of Real Housewives, Andy pretty much said that it’s not true.

“I think that’s false.”

Brandi Glanville appeared on Season 2 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a “friend” of the housewives. She was then a part of the starring cast from the third through fifth seasons. After Season 5, she announced on her podcast radio program that she was leaving the show. As the Inquisitr reported, Brandi, amid reports that she was fired, later confirmed that she was asked to return to the show but only on a part-time basis, an opportunity that she declined.

As it turns out, Brandi still appeared on Season 6 of the show, not as a “friend” but as a guest. She appeared in two scenes with her friend Yolanda Foster. In one scene in Yolanda’s condo, Yolanda told Brandi that Lisa Rinna was suggesting that she has Munchausen syndrome rather than Lyme disease and that Lisa expressed outrage at her for going to lunch with Brandi and Kim Richards but not to Erika Girardi’s dinner party later that night. Brandi immediately lashed out at Lisa by making fun of her hair.

“Well I think that wig glue is affecting her brain and she needs to check herself. That glue that she puts that wig on with is affecting her brain.”

Yolanda laughed off Brandi’s claim yet Brandi remained convinced.

“Yes. It’s like one wig and one style. I want to get one and be her for Halloween. No, I’m not lying, she wears wigs.”

In another scene, Brandi had a picnic lunch with Yolanda and Kim. Brandi and Kim commiserated with Yolanda Foster as she talked about how people were not having compassion for her but instead were just moving on with their lives.

Despite her limited appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6, Brandi Glanville still showed up at the reunion show, not live but via a pre-taped message that Andy Cohen played for the other housewives. In her message, Brandi addressed each of the housewives, giving her thoughts and opinion on each one. Not surprisingly, Brandi’s message to her former friend Lisa Vanderpump was particularly harsh. Brandi said that Lisa manipulated her into doing the dirty work and was her “puppeteer.” Lisa asked why Brandi was allowed to tape such a message when she wasn’t even a part of the main cast anymore. Andy pointed out that Brandi was still talked about a lot over the season and so she deserved a chance to have her say. As of now, it seems that Season 6 will remain Brandi’s last one on the show.
