Bernie Sanders Fans Have A New DNC Lawsuit To Clear The Way For Protests, Rally

Lawyers might be amazed to know that a lawsuit was settled in seven days flat, and the outcome means that Bernie Sanders fans have free reign for a DNC (Democratic National Convention) rally he announced on July 5.

The lawsuit that gives people the right to rally occurred so quickly that #StillSanders fans might have missed this as part of the ongoing DNC lawsuits drama.

Trouble has been brewing for several months because the Democratic Party nomination for the DNC 2016 presidential candidate has been too much of a close shave.

With so many states voting in the primaries with a near-tied ballot count, it can raise suspicions about whether or not Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton were actually elected as the DNC candidate since a lot of the data leading up to the DNC shows a thin margin of error.

Obviously, a house divided is not what the Democratic Party needs with Donald Trump blustering around, and many speculate that this DNC will focus on figuring out if the nomination is officially “contested” and if that means Bernie Sanders might have a chance to run for president in 2016.

Currently, many Bernie Sanders fans are threatening lawsuits against the DNC, and a new lawsuit filed around June 23 stands out because they are not directly Bernie Sanders fans, per se.

So far, Bernie Sanders and his fans have been filing lawsuits related to the election process in some way.

In the past, Bernie Sanders himself sued the DNC around December 2015, and Washington Post reported that the lawsuit Bernie Sanders filed was because “the DNC cut off Mr. Sanders’ access to the party’s voter data files.” Nevertheless, the DNC lawsuit was dismissed, according to NY Mag.

One of the latest lawsuits about the DNC by Bernie Sanders fans concerns Debbie Wasserman “misleading” Democratic Party members into thinking she is impartial when she is clearly (according to the lawsuit) a Hillary Clinton supporter instead of being neutral or voting for Bernie Sanders, according to Daily Kos.

Regardless of other lawsuits that focused on election fraud, the group behind the new lawsuit will make the DNC more fun for Bernie Sanders supporters. The latest lawsuit against the DNC is linked to free speech laws and the right to protest.

In fact, the lawsuit was settled so quickly that many Bernie Sanders supporters might have missed the regional headline. On July 1, Philly Tribune reports that a lawsuit was filed against the city of Philadelphia that said it was illegal to curb protests around the DNC during rush hour traffic.

The first reports of this lawsuit were around June 23 and the organization working for freedom to rally throughout the times of the DNC were the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign (PPEHRC), according to Philly Voice.

On July 5, Philly Mag posted an update and stated the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) were part of the legal team that helped the PPEHRC organization to file and win the lawsuit.

Now that Bernie Sanders supporters are officially allowed to rally during the day, this creates the perfect opportunity for a DNC rally, and Burlington Free Press says Bernie is delivering.

On July 5, Bernie allegedly announced that he wants to hold a huge party before the DNC on July 24 in Philadelphia, but the permit for a rally of up to 40,000 is still in processing.

Whether they can make it to Philadelphia for the DNC or not, fans of Bernie Sanders are on pause — despite the large number of Sanders naysayers that tell his #StillSanders supporters to give up hope that he will be the DNC nominee.

Bernie Sanders fans are, instead, focused on what he said before the infamous California primaries on June 7 when he told them “See you in Philly” for the 2016 DNC.

Of course, as previously reported by the Inquisitr, the primaries will not be officially certified in places like California until July 15, and there are other issues that might keep Hillary Clinton from being a shoo-in for the DNC candidate in 2016.

When the DNC concludes on July 28, only then will Bernie Sanders fans know if Hillary Clinton actually is the victor in what will likely be a “contested” DNC.

In the meantime, it has been officially verified that Bernie Sanders has not “stopped campaigning,” according to a July 5 report from The Hill, which state the following about the DNC situation.

“[Bernie] Sanders has repeatedly refused to concede the Democratic presidential nomination to Clinton. He insists his campaign will continue to the DNC later this month in Philadelphia.”

This means Bernie Sanders will truly see his #FeelTheBern fans in Philadelphia for the DNC starting July 24 for the alleged rally at FDR Park.
