Miley Cyrus Stalker Jason Luis Rivera Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ To Trespassing

Jason Luis Rivera, the man who was arrested this weekend after allegedly sneaking onto Miley Cyrus‘ property, has pled ‘not guilty’ to charges of trespassing and resisting arrest.

Rivera was immediately ordered to remain in police custody or cough up $100,000 in bail.

The judge overseeing the case also issued a 500 yard restraining order and added a “block restriction,” which forces Rivera to stay completely off the block where Miley Cyrus lives.

Rivera was charged on Monday morning with two misdemeanor trespassing counts and one misdemeanor for resisting arrest. Rivera was arrested on Saturday morning after he allegedly jumped the fence surrounding Miley Cyrus’ Los Angeles home.

When police apprehended Jason Luis Rivera, he was carrying a pair of scissors. Rivera did not say why he had the scissors on his person.

When police asked the deranged stalker why he jumped the fence and was approaching Miley Cyrus’ home, he simply replied that he wanted to meet the former Disney star.

According to the Examiner, Lt. Brian Wendling revealed:

“He thinks they were married. I would say delusional is a good characterization of him.”

You may recall that last month the co-founder of the shoe line Crocs, George Boedecker Jr., claimed to be dating Taylor Swift. Boedecker Jr. was intoxicated at the time, which might have explained his odd behavior a little better than Rivera’s claim.

Rivera will argue his case when he appears in front of the judge again on September 17.

Do you think a permanent restraining order will be put in place against the Miley Cyrus stalker?
