Daniel Day-Lewis has already proven that he looks like President Abraham Lincoln, but can he master the 16th President’s mannerisms? History buffs, cinema appreciators, and Spielberg fanboys got their first look at the Oscar winner portraying Honest Abe today in a new trailer for the movie Lincoln. 

Well, it’s a teaser trailer that clocks in at just over 40 seconds. Cinema Blend reports that a full trailer will be released this Thursday at 7:00 pm EST on Google Plus when Steven Spielberg and Joseph Gordon-Levitt host a video hangout session on the social networking site.

The invite may be hard to come by, however.

Google writes:

“(Join) Steven Spielberg and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in their first ever Hangout On Air where they will be exclusively premiering the trailer for their upcoming movie, Lincoln. If you want to be one of the lucky fans to join the hangout please: Let us know how we can contact you here / Upload a short video to your YouTube channel with the #lincolnhangout tag explaining who you are, why you are interested in “Lincoln” and what you would like to ask Spielberg and Gordon-Levitt.”

In addition to Day-Lewis, Gordon-Levitt, and Spielberg, the cast also includes Tommy Lee Jones, Jackie Earle Haley, Lee Pace, James Spader, and Sally Field.
