‘Harry Is Love’ — Harry Styles’ Mum Approves Adorable Montage, Louis Tomlinson Asks Media To Back Off
Harry Styles’ mum Anne Twist has recommended some viewing material for Harry girls, and new details about Louis Tomlinson’s battle with ex Briana and his fight to protect his infant son Freddie have emerged.
Harry Styles’ mum Anne Twist is probably one of the biggest Harry fans around, quite understandably, and recently she took to social media to share a Harry montage that we can only assume captures the spirit of Harry Styles quite precisely. His mum would know, right?
Sugarscape has called it “basically 3 minutes and 33 seconds of sheer delight.”
“[O]ne well talented One Direction fan (her handle’s @wennyjenner, if you wanna show her some love) has chucked together the CUTEST Harry Styles montage… So cute, in fact, that his mum’s loving it and retweeted with an adorable #thatsmyboy hashtag. It’s basically 3 minutes and 33 seconds of sheer delight and, yeah, you should probably watch it… Can someone make a feature length version of this now, please? DUNKIRK SEEMS OH SO FAR AWAY.”

It comes as Hollywood Life has published new details about Harry’s $80 million solo record deal.
“Harry Styles is officially going solo, and for a pretty penny! He just signed a contract with Columbia Records, supposedly for a whopping $80 million.”
The mag claims that Styles has signed on for three solo albums. Harry signed the $80 million/three album deal with Columbia after a lengthy bidding war, which began when Apple offered $25 million for one album.
“Apple started the ‘bidding’ on Harry with an offer of $25 million for one album, according to HitsDailyDouble.com. If you think that’s crazy, that was just the beginning! Apparently the winning $80 million bid, which went to Columbia Records, locked Harry down for three full albums!”
The tabloid acknowledges that the news of a big Harry solo deal may be “alarming” for Directioners. Many news outlets have indeed been fanning fan fears that a One Direction breakup is imminent in recent days. The signing of the Styles solo deal was cited as the final nail in the One Direction coffin in many cases.
“While Harry fans are surely rejoicing that they’ll get to hear his beautiful voice by itself on three records, this news is surely a bit alarming to Directioners. The 1D guys have promised over and over that they’ll be coming back from their hiatus in the next year and a half or so, but three albums in under two years sounds a bit impossible. Heck, One Direction did five in five years, and we thought that was impressive!”
What Hollywood Life fails to note is that the full terms of Harry’s solo deal are not known. Harry could have signed to do three albums in a wide time frame, leaving room for him to reunite with One Direction and record with the band before going off alone again for a period.
The tabloid also notes that Harry Styles’ acting career appears to be taking off and that his performance on the set of Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk has been praised by the cast and crew.
“Harry’s acting career [has kicked] off with Christopher Nolan‘s Dunkirk (on a strong note, at that), it doesn’t seem like Harry will be able to 100 percent devote himself to recording his first solo album for at least a few more months. Then again, there’s supposedly some proof from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) that Harry has already started working on solo songs, so he could be further along with album one than we think!”
In other One Direction news, Louis Tomlinson is heading to court to battle for custody of his son, and new reports say that Louis is determined to protect Freddie from intrusive paparazzi.

As one of the most hounded and photographed celebrities in the world, Louis Tomlinson knows what a psychological toll such constant intrusion can take. It makes sense that Tomlinson would want to take steps to protect Freddie Reign from the many people and publications who would love to cash in on his face and photo.
Mirror reports that Tomlinson is determined that Freddie will have a normal childhood.
“[Louis wants Freddie] to have a normal, private and protected childhood. The levels of paparazzi attention on Freddie … are intolerable and completely unjustifiable.”
Louis apparently believes that media interest in his son has worked to prevent him from gaining the access to Freddie that he deserves.
“The musician– who reached a temporary custody agreement in February with Briana, which allowed him to see Freddie for several hours at a time with no overnight visits – has been dissatisfied by the lack of time he spends with his brood, which he believes has been impinged on by the attention he has received since the case opened, according to the representative.”
Louis Tomlinson requested that the media show respect as he battles for custody of his child.
“Louis appreciates, respects and values his relationship with the media and we hope he and his son are afforded the same respect on this matter.”
