Andy Cohen Says ‘Southern Charm’ Reunion Has Interesting Moment Between Kathryn Dennis’ Friend, Jennifer Snowden, And Thomas Ravenel

Viewers are in for a surprise when they watch part two of the Southern Charm Season 3 reunion show on Tuesday night. In the latest segment of Ask Andy, posted on Friday, Andy Cohen’s assistant read off some questions that Bravo viewers submitted via Twitter. One of the questions asked to Andy was what was the biggest surprise that came out of the reunion show. Andy said that the biggest surprise was the shift in attitude from Thomas Ravenel towards Kathryn Dennis’ friend, Jennifer Snowden.

Andy hinted that instead of seeing Thomas yelling at Jennifer and continuing to accuse her of stirring up drama between him and Kathryn, viewers will instead see Thomas be nice to Jennifer. Perhaps viewers will even see Thomas apologize to Jennifer for how he treated her over the season?

“Things have really shifted with Kathryn’s friend, Jennifer, in a really interesting way. It’s interesting to see Thomas interact with her. Thomas has had a change of heart. And I think the reason why will touch your heart.”

Perhaps Thomas’ change of heart towards Jennifer is due to the fact that her unborn child, whose due date is in late September, was diagnosed with brain encepheloces, a neural tube defect. After the news came out in April, Thomas asked people to pray for Jennifer and her unborn child.

Jennifer was shown throughout the season as one of Kathryn’s good friends. While the main cast members largely avoided Kathryn or remained conflicted on whether to be her friend, Jennifer, who appeared in numerous episodes in a supporting role, remained loyal to Kathryn. Interestingly enough, Jennifer actually had a brief fling with Thomas during one of the breaks in his relationship with Kathryn, while Kathryn was pregnant with her and Thomas’ first child.

In an early Season 3 episode, Thomas Ravenel was seen clashing with Jennifer Snowden at Patricia Altscul’s pink flamingo party. Thomas confronted Jennifer about having told Craig Conover that he didn’t visit Kathryn in the hospital when she suffered a pregnancy complication. Jennifer said that she told Craig that Thomas didn’t stay overnight. A flashback scene was shown of Jennifer telling Craig on the phone, “Thomas wasn’t there.” When Thomas said that he was at the hospital for two hours, Jennifer said that two hours was nothing. Thomas then accused Jennifer of causing drama between him and Kathryn.

“There’s a lot of drama that’s happening and she’s pinning it on information that she’s getting from you….Stay the f**k out of my life. Stay the f**k out of my life.”

Craig, in a confessional interview, offered an opinion on why Thomas was so bothered by Jennifer.

“When you sleep with someone while your girlfriend’s pregnant, I highly doubt you ever expect to see that person again and I think the fact that Jennifer is still in their lives and continues to like, root herself deep into Kathryn’s life, probably isn’t the most pleasant experience for Thomas…I can see why Thomas is furious with Jennifer because she was supposed to just be the mistress and she sure as hell wasn’t supposed to be meddling in his and Kathryn’s affairs.”

In a later episode, K. Cooper Ray, another supporting cast member and a friend of Kathryn Dennis, warned Kathryn that she should perhaps be more careful about Jennifer. Cooper said that he doesn’t trust Jennifer. Cooper reminded Kathryn that Jennifer lied to her about having slept with Thomas when she was pregnant.

“Listen, I don’t know the girl but I don’t trust her. The facts are, you asked her, ‘Did you sleep with Thomas?’ And she said no. Right? Then you find out from [Thomas], they did in fact [have sex], while you were pregnant.”

When Kathryn told Cooper that Jennifer has been with her through so much, Cooper asked Kathryn if Jennifer is just telling her what she wants to hear. Cooper added that he wants Kathryn to figure out who her real friends are.

Despite Cooper’s warning, Kathryn voiced in a confessional interview that she won’t cast Jennifer aside.

“This isn’t new information. I get everything that Cooper’s saying but at the same time, Jennifer is my close friend. It’s my life. We’re two strong women who don’t judge people. I mean, get the f**k over it.”

On the season finale episode, Thomas, during his tense argument with Kathryn at Cooper’s Founders Ball over his possible involvement with Landon Clements, yelled at Jennifer to stay away from Kathryn. He thought that Jennifer, whom he branded a “trouble maker,” was going to make the fight between him and Kathryn worse.

Since filming for the season ended, Cooper has admitted that he was wrong about Jennifer.

Perhaps Thomas will admit at the reunion show he was wrong about Jennifer too?

Besides a possible apology from Thomas Ravenel, perhaps viewers will see Jennifer give Kathryn Dennis some backup when it comes to fighting her enemies, in particular Landon Clements? On Friday evening, Kathryn warned that viewers will see the “true colors” of “the charmers.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Jennifer Snowden, after filming the Southern Charm Season 3 reunion show, said that host Andy Cohen was fair to everyone on the set and didn’t choose sides.
