Jenelle Evans’ Ex Nathan Griffith Skips Out On Kaiser’s Birthday Celebration

Recently, Jenelle Evans celebrated her son Kaiser’s second birthday. As Teen Mom 2 fans know, Evans and her son Kaiser have had a very rough two years. While there was a period of time where Evans was engaged to Nathan Griffith, the relationship quickly soured after baby Kaiser was born. Since his birth and the split of Nathan and Jenelle, the relationship between them has been nothing but drama.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, there was a brief period of time where Teen Mom 2 fans thought Evans and Griffith had reached a mutual agreement regarding the custody of Kaiser. The agreement was that Kaiser would remain with Jenelle, but Nathan would have visitation rights. However, both Nathan and Jenelle accusing each other of doing drugs seems to have set the parents of Kaiser back a few notches.

The last time Teen Mom 2 fans caught a glimpse of Griffith and Evans was during the reunion special when Nathan accused Jenelle of doing heroin and smoking weed. He even accused Evans of cheating on him with an ex while they were still together.

Was Nathan jealous of Jenelle’s new relationship? Was it possible that he still desired to be with her? Jenelle seemed to think so as she countered the accusations of her drug use by apologizing for not continuing to be in a relationship with Nathan. Nathan slammed Evans by saying he had no interest in being with her given how much weight she had put on recently.

Radar Online reports Jenelle Evans spent Kaiser’s entire second birthday with him while his father, Nathan Griffith, was off doing other things. It has been reported that he made no effort to see Kaiser on his special day. He did, however, give him a phone call to wish Kaiser a birthday. Teen Mom 2 fans can only assume Griffith only made the phone call to use as a defense to show he did make an effort to recognize his son’s birthday at a later time when Jenelle decides to bash him about it. As fans of the show well know, both Griffith and Evans have a knack for criticizing each other’s ability to be a parent.

Like most parents, Jenelle wants her child to stop growing so quickly, as she revealed on Instagram.

Teen Mom 2 fans can only assume Nathan Griffith was off celebrating his son’s second birthday with his girlfriend Jessica instead of spending any real time with his son. Fans may find Nathan’s lack of appearance on Kaiser’s birthday ironic as Nathan had just recently accused Jenelle of keeping Kaiser from him during the reunion special. Nathan had even gone as far as threatening to take Jenelle to court in order to get Kaiser taken away from her.

“My son is in an unstable environment with two drug addicts, where you see weed in the background, smoking constantly. Now you have this mysterious illness? You’re not capable of taking care of him. You are totally unstable,” Nathan argued during the reunion special.

She Knows reports the custody battle between Jenelle and Nathan for Kaiser has yet to be finalized as the two were supposed to go under a matching set of drug tests. Both parties, however, reportedly got the judge to agree to throw the drug testing out because it was too expensive.
