Miley Cyrus has been at the center of several strange stories over the last few days. A man armed with a pair of scissors tried to break into her home over the weekend, the singer may or may not be pregnant, and now a new report says that Cyrus may have physically assaulted someone at a Hollywood nightclub.

According to TMZ, a police report was filed early Sunday morning saying that Cyrus and her soon-to-be husband Liam Hemsworth were involved in a physical altercation at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel.

The alleged victim claims that he was sitting behind Miley and Liam at the club when one of his friends accidentally bumped Liam’s chair. The Hunger Games star allegedly became aggressive and started yelling at the group inside the club. Miley apparently tried to break up the fight before it turned violent but ended up pushing one of the victims and slapping them in the face.

According to a club goer who witnessed the altercation, Cyrus never threw a punch.
