Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Planning For Breakup, Working On Divorce Settlement [Report]
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are allegedly working on a divorce settlement, but that doesn’t mean the two necessarily have plans to go their separate ways anytime soon.
According to a new report by Radar Online, Kardashian and West are allegedly currently hammering out divorce plans, including a custody agreement, should they ever decide to end their marriage in the future.
The site is reporting that the couple, who just celebrated their second wedding anniversary, are allegedly making the “unconventional” decision to make a divorce agreement while they’re still married in order to prevent them from having to make any big decisions should emotions get high in the case of a split.
“They’re both adult enough to realize that divorce is always a possibility and to their credit they wanted to figure out arrangements ahead of time,” an insider alleged to the site of Kim and Kanye’s decision to put a plan into place should they decide to divorce.
Radar Online‘s Kardashian insider also claimed that Kim and Kanye have already worked out an agreement when it comes to who would get primary custody of their two children, North and Saint West.
“They’ve figured out a mid-nuptial agreement where Kim gets primary custody of the kids,” the insider alleged, “and Kanye holds onto most of his cash.”
Reports claiming that Kardashian and West are planning ahead for a potential split comes just days after Kim allegedly gushed over her husband and his “Famous” music video, even describing her husband as a “genius.”
“Sometimes she doesn’t get what he’s going for but she will always give him her love and support,” the Kardashian insider continued. “In this case though she really did get it. Being famous is what her life is about so for Kanye to take a look at it from his perspective was amazing.”
But while some sources are suggesting that Kim is standing by her husband, despite his increasingly controversial decisions, the latest rumors come just weeks after Radar Online originally claimed earlier this month that Kardashian and West could be heading for a $1 billion divorce.
According to the site, Kim was allegedly considering ending things with West because the rapper supposedly rarely spends any time with his family.

“Kim wants Kanye to stay home or travel only with her because she is sick of him not being around,” an insider close to the Kardashian family claimed to the site at the time. “Though touring pays very well, Kim would rather Kanye be with her than making big bucks on the road.”
Hollywood Life also claimed that a divorce could potentially be on the cards for Kardashian, alleging that Kim doesn’t like how Kanye “micromanages” everything she does.
“He’s so moody and controlling. He micromanages everything from what she wears to what they do in the bedroom,” a source alleged, claiming that Kim and Kanye “argue all the time.”
“Kim is exhausted and just can’t take it anymore,” the source continued of a potential divorce. “His behavior is getting more out of control by the day. It’s no way to live. Kim is planning her escape before things get even uglier.”
