Miley Cyrus Is Pregnant, Getting A Reality Show With Snooki And Kourtney Kardashian, Rumors Say

Miley Cyrus is pregnant and will be getting a reality show about the trials of motherhood with Snooki and Kourtney Kardashian.

If you believe the rumors, that is.

Miley Cyrus has been the subject of internet rumors that the real reason she chopped off her long hair was to distract fans from the fact that she is gaining weight with her pregnancy, Gather reported. To add fuel to the rumor fire, Miley hasn’t been seen coming out of her Pilates class, a favorite topic for gossip sites that comment on her tiny frame.

As if the basis of the rumor weren’t shaky enough, Gather noted that Miley Cyrus looked decidedly not pregnant at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards.

The Guardian Express was a bit more confident it its reporting of Miley Cyrus’ pregnancy and the forthcoming show. Its report stated that MTV, which produces The Jersey Shore, is working on an arrangement with E! Entertainment Television, producers of Keeping up with the Kardashians, for the show.

The show with Miley Cyrus, Kourtney Kardashian, and Snooki would make sense, the report stated:

With the recent cancellation of “Jersey Shore” and E!’s “Keeping up with the Kardashians” slipping badly in the ratings, another venue for the top female stars of these series is said to be a top priority for both networks.

E! Entertainment Television’s Kourtney and Kim Take New York, and Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami are said to have been panned by the critics.  Watch for future updates.

The recent arrival of Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s first child, baby boy Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, creates a whole new world of possibilities for reality television plotlines, as well as merchandising opportunities. Miley Cyrus has made several movie appearances in recent years, with limited success. And nothing approaching the attention and ratings she garnered with her hit TV series “Hannah Montana.”

The Guardian Express reported that the alleged premise of the Miley Cyrus reality show, titled Kids on Kids, is this:

The three couples, Kourtney Kardashian and fiance Scott Disick, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her boyfriend Jionni LaValle, and Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, of The Hunger Games and The Expendables 2 fame, will all live next door to each other in Malibu, California, and try to live their day today lives separately, while coordinating the social lives and day to day happenings of their children, Lorenzo, Penelope, and the unborn and as of yet unnamed child of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth while trying to keep their sanity.

Some people have been tipped off by the corny title of the reality show or the fact that Miley Cyrus, Snooki, and Kourtney Kardashian would likely never agree to star in a show together when they’ve grown accustomed to being the top star. So for now the Miley Cyrus pregnancy and Kids on Kids remain decidedly in the rumor category.
