‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 6 Spoilers: Premiere Date, Plus Emma & Hook’s Wedding?

Once Upon A Time Season 6 spoilers have officially hit the internet! On Tuesday, the show’s official Facebook page updated its cover photo to reveal the Season 6 premiere date on September 25. Over the course of the new season, fans will be immersed in the fairytale world once more, following along with a storyline that surely won’t disappoint.

Once Upon A Time spoilers are below. Please stop reading if you don’t want details on what happens in Season 6!

The main event that most “Oncers” are looking forward to is Emma Swan and Captain Hook’s wedding. According to the Latin Times, Emma and Hook will be tying the knot in the new season. A major point of foreshadowing ended Season 5, gave fans a glimpse of what’s to come.

On the Season 5 finale, Emma and Hook took a moment alone. It is then that they embrace and kiss in front of a wedding dress display, and Emma tells Hook that she loves him. Many “Oncers” picked up on this straight away and are hoping that a magical wedding is on its way!

When executive producer Edward Kitsis was asked about a Hook/Swan wedding, he was very careful not to give away too many details.

“I would say you’ll have to watch Season 6, you never know what’s going to happen. You never know what’s going to happen with those two,” he said, according to Entertainment Weekly‘s “Spoiler Room.” It is widely believed, however, that Emma will marry Killian in Season 6.

Some Once Upon A Time spoilers were revealed by executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis. Although the guys are always very careful about what they say about the show, they have given a bit of detail as to what fans can expect to see in Season 6. According to Entertainment Weekly, the new season of Once Upon A Time will be more reminiscent of Seasons 1 & 2, which fans are super excited to hear.

Those seasons, after all, were the best ones.

“The condition of life in Storybrooke is very important. Hyde’s arrival impacts that. We’re planning to explore a lot of what that’s going to mean for the day-to-day life in Storybrooke,” said executive producer Adam Horowitz.

“One of the things that we really want to get back to this year is that Season 1 and 2 vibe of small town stories, being in Storybrooke and getting back to Mary Margaret as the teacher, Emma as the sheriff, Grumpy as the janitor,” added executive producer Edward Kitsis.

Once Upon A Time spoilers also suggest that Regina will have a major plot line in Season 6. She used Dr. Jekyll’s serum to try and rid herself of evil completely, but a twist brought the Evil Queen back in her very own form. Essentially, Regina will be fighting against herself in an epic war of good vs. evil — an ongoing theme on Once Upon A Time.

“Suffice it to say, the Evil Queen is very formidable — especially considering she’s not hampered down by the side of Regina that shows empathy or the ability to love. No, this Evil Queen is ready to fulfill what the season 1 version of the character set out to do.”
