Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston debuted their romance on a stunning Rhode Island beach. The duo traveled to Nashville, Tennessee, where the English actor met Swift’s parents. Swift and Hiddleston then flew to the east coast of England on Swift’s private jet. Tom introduced Taylor his mother, Diana, in Ipswich, Suffolk.

Taylor Swift, 26, and Tom Hiddleston, 35, have been spotted holding hands in Rome, Italy, according to People magazine. Just last week, the 1989 hitmaker and her new beau were seen walking along a beach near Tom’s homeland in the England.

The pair met May 1 at the Met Gala but the question remains, is it really a good idea to spend 24 hours a day for several days with someone you just began a relationship with?

The Upside Of Taylor Swift And Tom Hiddleston Traveling Together

When considering the whirlwind romance between Thor actor and international pop star, Taylor Swift, we must look at their unique circumstance. First, this presumably rapid fire romance could be Taylor’s “normal pace” when it comes to relationships. Vogue magazine recalls Taylor’s ex boyfriend, 18-year-old Conor Kennedy. Swift visited his family’s iconic compound in Hyannis Port merely a week after their first date and also went so far as to purchase a $4.8 million home nearby.

Taylor and Hiddleston traveling together as a unit allows them to share great experiences and create memories with one another. The couple are seeing places and sights for the first time together, enhancing their quality of time. Hello Giggles says if “rushing” into a relationship, both parties must have a strong sense of self and to negotiate the terms of the commitment.

Second, both Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston have the time and resources to jet set around the world with one another. Us Weekly reports the famous duo flew into Italy around lunchtime on Monday via Swift’s private jet. The couple then checked themselves into a luxury penthouse suite in one of the Rome’s poshest, five-star hotels.

While many feel traveling together as a couple is a unique experience, it can also ‘make or break’ a relationship. Being with another person 24 hours a day can allow you to get to know them on a deeper level, not hiding who you really are. Taylor and Hiddleston have definitely been getting to know one another, each visiting one another’s childhood homes.

Taylor has told Vogue she was “slaughtered” for dating in general, which stopped her from dating for two and a half years.

“You know, I went out on a normal amount of dates in my early 20s, and I got absolutely slaughtered for it,” she told Vogue. “And it took a lot of hard work and altering my decision-making. I didn’t date for two and a half years. Should I have had to do that? No.”

Hiddleston And Swift Traveling Together A Bad Move?

Bustle reports it may be a little “too much” that Swift is traveling the world with a man she’s known for a few weeks.

“It feels like they’re trying to squeeze every relationship milestone into a one-month period.”

The website even questions if Swift and Hiddleston are trying “to set the Guinness World Record for fastest romance of all time?”

On Monday, Taylor and Tom Hiddleston visited the historic Colosseum at the Italian capital and were spotted holding hands, walking down the streets of Rome during their private tour of the grounds.

Many have urged Taylor and Hiddleston to slow down, while others view the couple as two mature adults that are happy and enjoy spending time with one another, according to Bustle.

Taylor and Hiddleston are very happy, a source tells Us Weekly, “Taylor is so happy,” a source told Us of her new romance. “She’s living a British rom-com dream.”
