After Taylor Swift Appears Nude In His ‘Famous’ Music Video, Kanye West Dares Her To Sue Him

Taylor Swift is reportedly furious that Kanye West showed a nude image of her in his new “Famous” music video, but the rapper is taking quite the defiant stance about it.

The video, released on Friday, shows Kanye West asleep naked next to his naked wife and a bed filled with other celebrities —Taylor Swift, George W. Bush, Anna Wintour, Donald Trump, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Ray J, Amber Rose, Caitlyn Jenner, and Bill Cosby.

Swift is reportedly furious.

“Taylor is livid. Taylor is horrified. Taylor didn’t know what to do when she heard about what Kanye did,” a source told Hollywood Life of Swift’s response to the video.

There is more anger from the Taylor Swift camp over the “Famous” video still coming. Her new boyfriend, actor Tom Hiddleston, is reportedly very angry at Kanye West as well but has been keeping a lid on it to support Taylor instead.

“Tom has been wonderful during all this [‘Famous’ drama]. Taylor was concerned about Kanye’s video the past week, but he’s really kept her mind off of it and had her focus on happy things,” the source told Hollywood Life. “He’s been her knight in shining armor lifting her spirits. Tom is probably more upset than Taylor if that’s possible. He thinks Kanye is classless.”

But Kanye West is apparently inviting the conflict, with a defiant response to the flap that dared the stars to sue him.

“Can somebody sue me already #I’llwait,” he wrote, according to the New York Daily News, in a tweet that was later deleted.

At first, Kanye West tried to cast some doubt over whether Taylor Swift or any of the other celebrities pictured were actually appearing nude.

Vanity Fair noted that this was the point of the video, to leave viewers wondering whether Taylor Swift would really appear nude in the music video for a man she’s been feuding with for the past few years.

“[The video] leaves you guessing as to which of the celebrities are really playing themselves and which are presumably only there by the grace of some advanced prosthetic wizardry (will the real Taylor Swift please stand up?),” the website reported.

But Hollywood Life identified the naked Taylor Swift image as a “completely nude wax replica” of the 26-year-old singer.

There were actually reports that Kanye West got approval from Taylor to include her in the “Famous” music video and even a rumor that Kanye might include a recording of Taylor giving the OK during the song itself.

California attorney David Pisarra told Hollywood Life that this could have gotten Kanye in some serious trouble.

“Pisarra tells us that while Kanye can release the alleged secret recording of Taylor, if he chooses to do so, she can take legal action. ‘Kanye West could release the tape of Taylor consenting to the song ‘Famous’ without too much legal recourse at his show in LA, even if Taylor did not consent to the recording. The likely only cause of action Taylor would have against Kanye after releasing the tape would be misappropriations of name or likeness. If Taylor decided to take Kanye to court for [it], she might receive minimal damages,’ he explains. So it wouldn’t really be worth it for Tay to sue him, since she wouldn’t get much out of it.”

While she may be a bit embarrassed and a lot angry about appearing nude in the “Famous” music video, Taylor Swift has given no indication that she actually plans to sue Kanye West.
