The Big Flip: When Celebrities Kylie Jenner, Scott Disick, And Sarah Jessica Parker Real Estate Goals

A number of celebrities have gotten on the buy, flip and sell bandwagon over the past couple of years. However, unlike those DIY house-flipping hosts on all of those home-reno shows these days, clearly Kylie Jenner, Scott Disick, and Sarah Jessica Parker were not doing the handy work themselves.

Kylie Jenner, who recently admitted to a split from rapper Tyga, immediately fled to her mother’s home, reality star Kris Jenner, to find comfort following the break-up. Not long after, Jenner’s property, at which the couple spent much of their time, went on the market.

Kylie’s Calabasas, Tuscan-inspired dwelling was purchased only one year ago by the reality star and young entrepreneur. The prime residence that has been extensively redesigned to fit her lavish style was originally purchased for $2.6 million. However, only one year later, the massively popular teen is seeking $3.9 million for the property.

Forbes shares details about what the home has to offer since Jenner made it her own well-suited dream abode.

“The 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom abode sprawls 4,851 square feet — which is plenty enough room to host the entire Kardashian/Jenner brood. The home comes with many spaces fit for a beauty product entrepreneur like Kylie, including a purse closet, a stunning ‘glam room’ and spacious, dreamlike walk-in closet.”

What fashionista millionairess wouldn’t want a purse closet and glam room to prep in for those big nights out on the Hollywood scene?

Kylie hasn’t made the decision to sell in order to return to her mom’s pad either. As Vanity Fair notes, Jenner wants bigger and better with ample privacy. The teen demonstrated this by purchasing a new home for a whopping $6 million a mere block away from the home she currently has on the market. VF shares about all that Jenner’s new home has to offer.

“Jenner’s new house is a Cape Cod–style mansion with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a pool. The master bedroom has an enormous walk-in closet, where we imagine many a future Snapchat video will be filmed. The backyard is walled in by mountains, offering Jenner privacy from prying paparazzi lenses.”

Privacy concerns in regards to the paparazzi’s incessant need to get snaps of Kylie, have been made known by the star in recent years. This new purchase may cut down on the worries the teen has about always being in the public eye. However, isn’t being in the public eye what the Kardashian-Jenner household is all about?

A member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s extended family, Scott Disick, ex to Kourtney Kardashian, is also looking to sell his revamped home. The playboy owns a property that is described as “The Hamptons in Hidden Hills,” and features a wine cellar, game room, a closed circuit camera system, Lutron lighting and comes fully furnished. Additionally the home includes “4K TV’s and Crestron home automation. ”

Disick’s house sounds like it would be the perfect bachelor pad, yet this now-bachelor is clearly on to better things.

Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker, who is soon to be seen as the star of the new HBO series Divorce, has now closed on her duo townhomes, which she and hubby Matthew Broderick owned in the West Village of Manhattan.

The impressive properties were initially bought by the couple from the United Methodist Women’s group. Prior to being renovated and converted into fully functioning homes, the women’s group had used the buildings for office space, meeting rooms and lodging space since the 1920’s. Whoever ended up snagging these gorgeously renovated properties from SJP, got a slice of history with the price, as well as Parker’s incredible design aesthetic to match.
