Vicki Gunvalson And Tamra Judge: Will Their Friendship Go Back To The Way It Was?

Vicki Gunvalson decided to return to The Real Housewives of Orange County despite all of the drama that happened last year. Vicki admitted during the reunion that she had fabricated some of the stories in regards to Brooks Ayers’ cancer scheme, and her co-stars quickly realized that she may have lied about their relationship. Gunvalson hadn’t talked to any of her co-stars during the show’s hiatus, so when she showed up at Heather Dubrow’s party, her co-stars were shocked.

According to a new Bravo report, Vicki Gunvalson expressed on the show that she’s very interested in making peace with her co-stars. Shannon Beador has forgiven Vicki, but she has no interest in making peace with her co-star. Tamra Judge may have had an opening for Gunvalson, but something happened between them that made her shut that door completely.

“Tamra and I have a really interesting relationship. I care for Tamra, I know she cares for me. We’re both very opinionated. And Tamra’s Tamra. We all know Tamra likes to stir the pot, so to speak. She even admits it,” Vicki told the Daily Dish about her current relationship with Judge, adding, “She’s gone through some tough times in her life, and I hope she knows that I really want to be there for her. That’s what happens when you film for nine years together, you grow a strong friendship and bond together.”

On the Real Housewives of Orange County premiere this week, Gunvalson realized that she would need to apologize to her co-stars to start rebuilding her relationships. While Shannon and Tamra didn’t really want to listen to her, Vicki decided to talk to Heather Dubrow first. On the premiere episode, Heather revealed that she was open to listening to Vicki’s side of the story.

“I wanted to come on this season asking for forgiveness of really getting them involved in my personal life. I learned a lesson from that. I’m going to try to keep my new relationships off-camera and out of their lives,” Vicki Gunvalson explained, adding that it was important for her to ask for forgiveness, which is what she started doing with Heather Dubrow during the premiere episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

While Vicki Gunvalson has an interest in making peace with her long-time friend, Judge feels betrayed by her friend. Tamra didn’t explain what Vicki had done to her to change her mind, but it sounds like this relationship could be done.

“My relationship with Vicki right now is non-existent because of something she did,” Tamra has revealed about Vicki Gunvalson at the present time, adding, “I’m re-evaluating and realizing I don’t really need toxic people in my life that talk badly about me and my family and then call themselves my friends, so I am at a crossroads with her.”

Vicki reveals that Tamra’s right in some of her comments, especially since something did happen between them. But Gunvalson reveals that she does want to be cordial friends with Judge so they can be in the same place without it being awkward. Vicki does admit that things may never go back to the way they were. Judge does seem to be set on moving on and forgetting all about her friendship with Vicki. Even though she seems very set in her decision, it will be interesting to see how this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County will unfold.

What do you think of Vicki Gunvalson’s comments that she wants to make peace with Tamra Judge? Do you think Vicki will ever get the forgiveness from her co-stars?
