‘The Bachelorette’ Episode 6 Spoilers: Two Guys Leave Before Rose Ceremony In Buenos Aires, JoJo Has A Meltdown

Bachelorette star JoJo heads to Buenos Aires with her remaining eight guys on Monday night, and two men will leave the show before the Episode 6 rose ceremony. The competition between the guys heats up with Chase, Luke, Alex, Derek, James T., Wells, Robby, and Jordan all hoping to score this week’s one-on-one date.

Who gets the one-on-one date card, which six guys go on the group date, and who gets picked for the second two-on-one of the season on the episode that airs Monday, June 27? Here’s what fans can expect on this week’s episode of The Bachelorette, including several preview videos for the six episode of the season.

Although the Chad drama is finally over, there’s still plenty of man-drama ahead. Chase McNary, Luke Pell, Alex Woytkiw, Derek Peth, James Taylor, Wells Adams, Robby Hayes, and Jordan Rodgers are hopeful that they will get the one-on-one date card this week.

Unlike last week, there will only be one, not two, one-on-one dates in Episode 6, leaving seven guys wondering if they will be part of this week’s group date or get picked to go on the second two-on-one date of this season.

This week’s group date will have five guys vying for Bachelorette star JoJo’s attention — Jordan Rodgers, Robby Hayes, Luke Pell, Alex Woytkiw, and Derek Peth. According to ABC, JoJo will take her guys for a walk through the La Boca neighborhood in Buenos Aires, but the group date after-party will end with “tempers flaring” as the competition to win the group date rose intensifies.

The trailer below shows James Taylor having an insecure moment during the group date, something that may not serve him well when it comes to who makes it to the upcoming hometown dates and who doesn’t.

Reality Steve admits that he had a tough time getting all of the details for this date and isn’t sure who gets the group date rose.

Roses aside, fans should keep an eye on Alex, who is quickly turning into the guy who has something to say about everyone, especially the guys who are quickly getting front-runner status. Bustle’s Marenah Dobin says he has “no chemistry” with JoJo and goes into “attack mode against anyone who gets date roses.”

Producers are trying something new this season — a second two-on-one date. Unfortunately, two of the nicest guys in the group get pitted against each other in Buenos Aires — Chase McNary and Derek Peth. Spoilers point to Chase getting the rose and Derek getting eliminated during the date, something that is a big win for Chase, who is rumored to make it to the overnight dates this season.

This week’s one-on-one date goes to the always-likable Wells Adams. ABC’s synopsis of the date states that Wells and JoJo take a romantic walk through the city and make an art piece that will “hopefully ignite their passion.”

JoJo doesn’t have much of a connection with Wells — he’s been friend-zoned throughout the season, so the chances of sparking some romance on this date are slim. According to Reality Steve, JoJo will send Wells home during their date — he won’t even make it to the Episode 6 rose ceremony.

With Derek and Wells eliminated at the rose ceremony, the video preview (top of the page) for the upcoming episode may confuse viewers. JoJo walks away from the rose ceremony and seems to have a bit of a meltdown.

JoJo tells Chris Harrison she can’t give out the last rose, but that appears to be some clever editing. If the spoilers are correct, all six guys who are at the rose ceremony – Chase McNary, Luke Pell, Alex Woytkiw, James Taylor, Robby Hayes and Jordan Rodgers — will remain in Argentina and move on to Episode 7.

Viewers should pay attention to the end of Monday night’s episode. Next Monday night is the Fourth of July, and that could mean that Bachelorette fans will have another two-week gap between episodes if the network decides not to air the show on the holiday.
